The Snakes are Loose now that the PTC has been Extended

With the extension of the PTC, offshore wind through UMaine is pushing the citizens of Bristol for placement of turbines off Monhegan Island.  The vote by the citizens has been ruled non-binding.  WHAT KIND OF COUNTRY ARE WE LIVING IN WHERE THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE IS SECONDARY TO THE GOVERNMENT ELITE?  IT'S TIME TO PUT AND END TO THIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIVITY.  Money can not buy off the true vote of the town for this project that they…

Seeking justice in a world being rigged by white collar criminals

Wind energy is not about viability, the climate, or the future needs of society. These turbines are about fleecing taxpayer coffers. How these robberies take place or the terrible impacts from these turbines does not matter as long as the robbery gets done. This is why wind industry research has been rigged for decades.

The fraudulent rise of wind energy is also why our government allows the unjustified killing of civilians. This shooting took place not far from my…

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE MAINE PUC

A Christmas gift from the Maine PUC - Doing the right thing and representing Maine rate payers! The Maine PUC unanimously denies Maine Natural Gas Corporation's (a privately held corporation) attempt to pass on $40 million in capital improvements to rate payers.  This bodes well for Mainers who fear our privately held electricity transmission corporations will try to pass on transmission line improvements to rate payers!…

Maine is a Corrupt Dirty Little State, and the Wind Turbine companies love it!

After years of dealing with the wind issue, I can say with sadness that Maine is a very dirty little state, politically.

It is a shame how unctuous political elites have manipulated the legislative process as it concerns the wind scam.

An ethical "audit" should be initiated by the administration to review the process of law (or lack of it )  that has created the outrageous breaches  to constitutional  citizen rights that…

YOU'VE GOTTA ASK YOURSELF WHY!

So 2 years ago the Maine legislature voted to increase the spend limit on the Maine Turnpike to  70 MPH - The result - a 3% increase in carbon emissions from our transportation sector!  What are we doin' here folks?

Do you think the title here is true?

Indeed, for 8 long years, citizens have been trying to get their rights back after the passage of the "Heinous" Wind Law (PL-661) of 2008. It seems like little or next to nothing   has been achieved at times, does  it not.?

Farmer Has Regrets

Wisconsin Farmer Has Regrets

A Fond Du Lac Farmer has regrets about agreeing to host a wind turbine--

Why can't he speak openly about it?

When you sign a 20 to 30 year contract to host a wind turbine on your property you may be signing away many rights you're unaware of. A confidentiality agreement in the contract may mean legal action can be…

In the USA - Putting people in jail for holding the wrong views on global warming

Their allies on the left have now voted in the United States Senate to repeal the First Amendment.  Not in a blanket basis. It came up in a specific sense.  But there was a vote on repealing the First Amendment.  It's all about climate change.…

A few weeks ago this CEO said he would be just as happy if the PTC went away. They didn't NEED it.

Ahmad R. Chatila, the CEO of Sun Edison, said a few weeks ago he didn't need the PTC to develop wind farms in the USA.  Now it seems he can't live without them.  This extension is criminal and just proves that it doesn't make any difference which party is in power, they are both interested in their own pockets, not ours.  I'm truly sick.…

THE WIND INDUSTRY CONTINUES TO CROW

With the boost from Congress and 5 more years of propped up support, the wind industry continues to spread their myths.  I for one wish they would start telling the truth...forget about capacity- tell the truth about production!

The bipartisan budget compromise is a holiday giveaway to the wealthy.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
