Oh No! The Seas Are Falling The Seas Are Falling!!! Despite Climate Alarmism, Global Sea Levels Fell Last Year

Obama was right when he told us he would stop the seas from rising during his first campaign. In spite of the fact that he failed to get the CO2 levels from continuing to rise and the world temperatures were level for his whole administration (The Pause), sea levels actually fell for the last two years. ??? Does any of this fit the IPCC or Globalst narrative?

NASA and satellites have just put a stick in the religious alarmism that is "Climate Change."  It's worth a read. AlGore's new…

TESLA POWERWALL 2.0 FOR STABILIZING DISTRIBUTION GRIDS

TESLA POWERWALL 2.0 FOR STABILIZING DISTRIBUTION GRIDS

Tesla markets a wall-hung, 14 kWh Powerwall 2.0 battery unit, with lithium-ion cells made by Panasonic, either in Japan or Nevada. The unit is designed for daily charging and discharging.

The turnkey cost of the unit = $6,200, factory FOB + S & H + Contractor markup of about 10 percent + Misc. hardware + Installation by 2 electricians, say 16 hours @ $60/h = $8,200, or $586/kWh of battery…

From Plymouth, MA . . . Emera Officially Plans To Build Subsea Line to Plymouth.

Plymouth is celebrating a bid form CMP/Emera to run a line bringing 1,000 MW of Canadian wind and hydro power to Massachusetts using the connection at what will soon be the retired Pilgrim Nuclear plant. Pilgrim could probably go on for another 20 years, but they have experienced a few problems over the last several years, not major ones, and then there is always the issue of spent fuel rods. This beats the…

Offshore wind energy’s future is major farms, not failed A.C project

From Our View in NJ, the people have spoken and told the wind farm planned off the coast of Atlantic City that a rate of 23¢ Kwh is not acceptable. Dong Energy operating in Europe seems to think they can deliver for under 10¢ with a massive offshore development and that will be the future. The problem is though, that the components are all from overseas and…

Quebec proposes to meet Massachusetts’s renewable energy needs with wind

Massachusetts' energy NEEDS? I don't think so. Rather the "need" is simply a government mandate engineered by politicians and regulators while the average ratepayer in the state, lied to by the Massachusetts media is oblivious. Anybody think any of those politicians are ON THE TAKE?

Given Quebec’s excellent wind resource and the willingness of dozens of its communities to host wind farms, incorporating wind energy into…

Sunedison Inc (OTCMKTS:SUNEQ) Becomes Fireball for Shareholders

By Gene Daniel -

July 27, 2017

SunEdison Inc (OTCMKTS:SUNEQ), as many expected, will now be a shell of itself and shareholders will be holding the bag. The judge overruled any objections to the exit financing despite letters from numerous shareholders of foul play.

For those new to the story, when the Obama Administration came into office, members of the… Continue

COMPARISON OF RECENT BATTERY SYSTEM TURNKEY CAPITAL COSTS

The turnkey capital cost of battery systems has been decreasing the past few years. The below table has turnkey capital costs/kWh of some 2016 and 2017 projects. Subsidies, such as cash grants, discounts, investment tax credit, ITC, and 5-year accelerated depreciation, which serve to reduce the cost/kWh, were ignored.

BDN - Susan Collins and Angus King have shown commitment to Maine's outdoor recreation economy

Both Senators want to decorate our mountains and coast with wind installations and transmission - but somehow the article missed this part. How can you be committed to outdoor recreation and support these hideous contraptions? Answer: You can't.

From Maine’s lengthy coastline to its vast forest — and everywhere in between — the outdoor recreational economy is a major driver that injects $8.2 billion in spending to the state…

SunEdison Sets Bankruptcy Exit With Nothing for Shareholders

Just more painful proof that wind companies can't be trusted and there is no such thing as too much financial oversight when these con-artists attempt to operate in Maine. Where is the reaction from the Maine legislature to SunEdison's collapse, given Maine was ground zero for First Wind/SunEdison's wind installations?

SunEdison Inc. won final approval for a bankruptcy plan that will leave what was once the world’s…

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/

Hannah Pingree on the Maine expedited wind law
