Well delivered analysis of the PTC and why we should let it die. Even if it gets shot down we are still on the hook for billions that have already been approved over the next ten years. Big Wind at Sun Ed has already told us they don't need it, so why should we do it? The only reason is that so many of our POLS have money in their election pockets from the industry through lobbyists . . . a sort of kickback from the PTC money. Enough is enough!!!…

The Maine PUC is considering a large ratepayer increase to pay for new natural gas pipelines in Augusta and Brunswick. Aren't natural gas companies private corporations? Shouldn't the corporation bear the burden of capital expenditures? The PUC's decision may be foreboding for improvements to electricity transmission lines!…

It is important that information like this is put out so the public can understand the games, the lies and the fraud that has taken place over the decades with the highly profitable wind industry.
In 1988 with 6,062 of the turbines branded in the media, as being so deadly to raptors, the USFWS reported 29 eagle…

I'm sorry to post this, but in a way it has to be read. The classic argument from the "Greenies" only more over the top from The Hill.

It almost looks like wind developers are ready to pick up their ball and go home when it comes to New Hampshire. The people in NH have the right idea when it comes to their ridgelines and quality of space. They have consistently rejected proposals based on environmental reasons. The wind developers will probably redouble their efforts here in Maine where they have a willing bunch of criminals and dolts in Augusta that will welcome them with open arms.…

I have been saying for years that I believe Bald eagles have been killed at Altamont Pass even though none have been officially reported. Read Below............. This was information that leaked out from Altamont back in 1989. Pay attention to all the carefully chosen words trying to protect the public wind energy image . The body was found in a location that aroused…

So, here is the theory presented as fact concerning the "Green Market" .
This useless, feel good non-enforceable "Climate Change" deal has always been about wealth redistribution from developed nations to the third world developing nations.
In the hopes of preserving "fairness" and in the interest of preserving world "peace" via wealth transfer to the "less fortunate" nations, a psychological scheme of "Green-Washing" and climate change hysteria has been created and…

Last night the Paris talks were completed with much fanfare, and based on history, will not amount to anything but a huge transfer of money from US to the rest of the world. They are trying to save the planet from going up 3.6 degrees in the next 85 years when it has only gone up 0.6 degrees in the last 100 years. We can only hope that a new President and Congress can intervene and break this deal in the near future.…

While the Washington Examiner said just a week ago that Wind and Solar PTC was probably DEAD,
http://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/wind-and-solar-credits-targeted-for-termination
it seems that it just won't go away. Now our representatives have decided maybe the oil shipping ban should be lifted and they will allow the wind and solar PTC to go…

I think our esteemed Secretary of State just signed his walking papers from the Obama administration. Some real scientist must have gotten into his ear and he spouted off about what we are doing in Paris . . . . redistributing wealth. You have to read it to believe it.

Long before there was a Mark Duchamp, a Jim Wiegand, a Lisa Linowes, or an Eric Rosenbloom there was a lone voice of reason named Darryl Mueller fighting this Green Nazi movement.

It was 1981 the EIR was approved and windmill permits issued. Oil shortage must have energy from the wind! Good idea turned bad! 1986 If you build windmills in raptor habitat raptor collision will result. There are 2 projects that can be stopped and a 3rd that I have appealed that can be stopped.
It can only be stopped only by public out cry from electric users!
"WINDMILL FREE ELECTRIC" meaning no wind generated electric, non…

Also - as strange as it may sound to Mainers: "Environmental groups have also objected to the planned wind farm because of its likeliness to kill local birds."
How strange, environmental groups opposing a wind plant.

The major question here is , Will This Scamming Company made of llcs, yieldcos and potentially fraudulent hedge fund manipulations even be able to pay their wind bills to towns , lease holders and others required of projects in Maine in the future?
How does DEP even dare allow projects to be approved based on adequate "Financial capacity" projections , which is a DEP requirement for project…

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
