From Maine Public, this article reviews the alternatives to host being the "Extention Cord" for Charlie Baker and his misguided plan for Massachusetts.
"For all the attention renewable power gets, it still provides only about 10 percent of New England's electrical energy. The region's recent successes in reducing emissions of greenhouse gases have come, to the…

In other words, you and me, the American taxpayer, GAVE him half of his fortune. Isn't it time that Musk and all of the other insider leeches stop being handed our hard earned money? Isn't it time they gave the money back?
The following link to two articles about Musk and his crony capitalism, treasury looting and politician purchasing.…

I don't believe this was ever reported by the Maine media, just like they never reported that Ex-Gov John Baldacci, the creator of Maine's pro-wind industry expedited wind law of 2008 became vice-chair of Avangrid (Iberdrola/CMP) back in December 2015. Avangrid is the nation's second largest wind company.
Why will the Maine media publish an article about a wind company hosting a hot dog cookout…

The wind shills at the PPH are at it again. They are using dottering old George Mitchell, ever the Globalist, to put a shiv into President Trump and his plan to exit the Paris Climate Accord. I don't think he was ever a scientist, rather just a government crony, living off the citizens. Read some of the comments. I think some of the peons out here in the boonies are starting to get it. There are still the alarmists, but they are becoming fewer and fewer.

Look close at these two wind turbine fatality lists. One is from 1.5 MW wind turbines, the other from 2.3 MW turbines. These two images clearly illustrate a wind energy and government fraud, hiding green energy's mortality to species. The data in one list, I consider accurate even though daily searches were not conducted and search areas should have been out to at least 150 meters from towers.
The other fatality list, from Wolfe Island, is impossible for turbines 60 feet ta…

BINGO!
The dumbing down of America has just one purpose. To take control of the populace by the elite New World Order. It gives our leadership (the left leaning leadership) the chance to inflict them with phony data and phony facts they don't understand, like climate change. It gives them the chance to change…

The governor's veto is narrowly sustained amid warnings that L.D. 1504 would raise electricity prices, leaving a plan to phase out financial inducements for rooftop panels in effect.

The $3.67 million demonstration, low-income housing project, with 7 pre-fabricated duplex units for 14 tenants, $262,000/unit, is located in Waltham, Vermont. Various government and quasi-government entities made cash grants or other donations to the project, totaling about $550,000, to make it a success.

Or should the headline instead read "Mass and foreign corporations aim to cash in on Maine at the expense of Mainers?"
In total, 14 companies bid projects located in or passing through Maine. Another proposed a power cable passing through Maine waters from New Brunswick to Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Eleven of the proposals include new wind turbines — often combined with battery storage — and two include new…

Con Ed is proposing a partnership with a group of energy developers called Maine Power Express LLC to deliver northern Maine wind power to Boston markets. Under the plan, MPX would build a 630-megawatt wind facility in Penobscot and Aroostook counties called County Line Wind. Then the partnership would deliver that power via an underground power line on an existing energy corridor that eventually connects to an underwater transmission line to…

As George Orwell often pointed out, changing the meaning of words is a method of controlling and limiting the ability to think.
The word "clean," like the word "green," has a new meaning. Now "clean" means politically correct. Something is clean if it conforms to green dogma.…

RGGI proponents want us to believe that the program is delivering on a global environmental promise, but the reality is the nine-state cap and trade system is a colossal failure of resource allocation that should be repealed to leave more efficient market forces.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT
******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********
(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
