The New England Clean Power link, earns a Presidential Permit from US DOE, paving the way for Canadian power to be transmitted through Vermont to New England:
And Emera moves forward on its proposed $2 billion, 350 mile, sub- Atlantic transmission line from New…

This much needed letter appears in the Hartford Business Journal. It's the people of Vermont (actually a former Lt. Governor) going directly to the people of Connecticut telling them of the problems their wind power "needs" cause for both Vermont and Connecticut.
More letters like this are sorely needed from all of northern New England to all the media in CT, MA and RI whose corrupt legislative leaders are a large reason these fraudulent projects are still getting built. The average…

The difference in price is huge. For a typical customer using 600 kilowatt hours a month, the Eversource price is $49.20, while the CleanChoice product costs $85.20. That’s just the price for electricity, and doesn’t include separate transmission, distribution, and customer service charges assessed by Eversource.

And while he can slow it down, Trump cannot stop the clean energy revolution driven by dramatically lower costs for solar, wind, efficiency and other smart energy technologies."…

An even faster growing energy gap
The green energy fantasy of using wind turbines to power the future truly is a fantasy and this delusion becomes even more impossible when considering all of society’s other energy sectors.
When looking at the published California Energy Commission (CEC) information below, these are the total energy consumption figures for CA that include electricity, fuel coal and natural gas. It tells the public very little but with some added…

Figuring out the true value of wind energy is really quite easy if the real numbers were not deliberately being hidden. But all this has hidden, just like the thousands of eagle carcasses being found under wind turbines each year has been hidden. Unfortunately, facts like these are hidden because people and corporations with terrible character want your money. …

BOY! WOULD I LIKE TO GET SOME OF THE STUFF THESE GUYS MUST BE SMOKING! I have never read so many out and out lies from the DOE/AWEA. This is the biggest puff piece I think I have ever seen. After reading it I can see turbines in everyone's back yard. They are going to be able to supply 12% of the US energy grid by 2023. I don't think they are at 4% yet. When you get into the analysis, they do hedge a little, A LOT, on the cost of wind compared to fossil fuels. Their analysis pegs gas…

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
