Ontario, have you hired the enemy?????

Turbine opposition groups turn to the courts https://thereview.ca/2018/02/05/turbine-opposition-groups-turn-to-t...

It is my understanding that this lawyer representing wind project opposition inOntario, doesn't really win wind industry cases or even call in the best witnesses. With the Amherst Island wind project legal challenge, this fool let one of the kings of bogus non scientific wind turbine impact research, speak and give tribunal testimony.  I knew all about this case. I volunteered to help with my expertise and tried to help prepare questions that would have exposed the lack of science behind the wind industry's fraudulent wind industry research.  This attorney, including others, avoided this wonderful offer.  I also had no idea of Shawn Smallwood's testimony in this case or that he would even be a witness, until the day after it took place.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      If given the chance I would have been a great help in this case. I could ould have nailed Smallwood's opinion for his poor research designs, pattern of obvious omissions, inaccurate data and his history of non scientific study methodologies. A few years earlier another attorney did something similar with the Bow Lake wind project legal case, He let let another terrible wind energy researcher named Kerlinger off the hook and did not use my questions to expose his bogus research.

This is a copy of an email I sent out in July 2014 pertaining to the poor Bow Lake wind project legal representation.  I handed them an easy win in this case as well because I could easily prove Stantec's and the industry's putrid excuse for research was bogus. ............. "Thought I would let you know that I was not at all impressed with the lawyer handling this. I have seen it before where a lawyer makes far more from the other side with a secret a back room deal. His choice of questions led me to think this may have happened. Or maybe he was just in over his head. Jim"

I am aware of a mole playing both sides in Canada so I am handing out this advise that will help you....Take a very close look at those actually hiring the lawyers in these wind project cases and you will some get needed answers. Just knowing what I have stated about the Amherst Island case, this guy should never be hired again in a wind project case, yet here he is again.                                                                                                                                                           Think about this as well, I would have charged the good people of Ontario, trying to protect the Amherst rare and endangered species from this terrible industry, nothing for my help.  Smallwood was called in to spin his garbage opinion and was probably very well paid.  Find out exactly who is in control of funds and who hired/paid this lousy expert with his years of pretend research, that looks like Swiss cheese on paper.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Knowing these facts will tell you plenty.  Also remember this about all these wind industry cases, the industry's fake mortality impact research is by far the easiest to expose for the fraud it represents. The industry knows this and so do all the sellouts.   Lastly if a group wants me to get me involved as an expert, the lawyer that is hired must to do what those that hired him ask him to do.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Ontario, good luck with this Toronto attorney. You will probably need divine intervention and to watch him like a hawk to win.  Or maybe you could just fire him.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
