Mike Bond is a Maine native whose family arrived here in 1698. Although he now lives out of state, he returns to Maine regularly. In  an unprecedented move , Passadumkeag   Windpark  permit application for 14  turbines on Passadumkeag  Mountain was  denied by  DEP in  November 2012 on scenic  grounds.
