Emotional Keystone Pipeline Worker Points Out Pipelines Safer Than Trucks And Rail

Kleptomaniacs in Washington, DC shed no tears for fired oil and gas workers just as they shed no tears for paradise defiled by 600' wind fraud monstrosities.

Emotional Keystone Pipeline Worker Blasts Biden for Firing Workers ‘by Signing a Piece of Paper’

Crabtree posted about it on his Facebook page: “I got laid off for political reasons and stupidity and the future doesn’t look so bright. I’ve got a sickening feeling in my stomach … I went to my truck and literally cried.”

“For the president to sit up there and tell the American public that he canceled this project because of climate reasons, it simply isn’t true,” Crabtree said. “This oil is already coming into this country.”

“This pipeline wasn’t going to be the start of it,” Crabtree said. “It’s coming by rail cars every single day. Hundreds, thousands of them.”

And if the environment is the concern, Crabtree said, common sense should apply.

“A pipeline can do this safer,” Crabtree said. “Common sense tells you that. Common sense said we don’t need to put American workers out of a job right now.”

“Common sense says this pipeline needs to be built,” Crabtree said. “Common sense seems to be lacking in the early days of this administration.”

Crabtree also said Biden is “hypocritical” because of his son Hunter Biden’s former job in the energy sector in Ukraine.

“Biden literally sent his son up overseas in energy companies developing their infrastructure and he’s killing the same thing here,” Crabtree said. “It’s totally political. It has nothing to do with climate change.”

How do we save America if the system is rigged?

Conservatives across the country are trying to figure out what we are supposed to do next. Many feel betrayed by the ruling class of the GOP after they’ve turned their backs on us and threw us under the bus by not dealing with Big Tech Censorship and refused to confront the obviously serious issue of Election Fraud. Given that the Republican leaders refused to have Trump’s back, Conservatives now want to primary all of them… myself included!

The question becomes… do we go third party or reform the Republican Party? In my opinion, it’s an important question to answer. However, there’s no point in even entertaining the conversation if we don’t first fix the Rigged Election systems. If we have zero chance of winning any election, what difference does it make whether we are GOP or Patriot Party? None. That’s the reality of the situation we face.

So what we can do? During this episode of Let’s Talk Right Now, I break down what I believe our game plan must be in order to save our nation in spite of seemingly insurmountable odds with the whole system stacked against us.

Expect Democrats To Move At Breakneck Speed Following The Blueprints Of The Soviet Union, Venezuela And Other Tyrannical Regimes

The country is under a once distant threat that is bullying its way through our culture. Big Government, Big Tech, academia, and entertainment are the four pillars that are destroying our country's foundations. Hell-bent on the destruction of our basic liberties, the progressive socialists, are following the blueprints of the one-time Soviet Union, Venezuela, and other regimes of the past.

GM announced no more gasoline vehicles by 2035.

I think that is utter nonsense, because the cost of travel would increase, and the CO2 reduction would be minimal.

This article explains it in detail.

POOR ECONOMICS AND MINIMAL CO2 REDUCTION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN NEW ENGLAND

https://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/poor-economics-of-elec...

INTRODUCTION

This article describes the efficiency of electric vehicles, EVs, and their charging loss, when charging at home and on-the-road, and the economics, when compared with efficient gasoline vehicles.

EVs are designed to be aero-dynamic, and to have low rolling resistance, efficient drive trains, and efficient batteries. This will minimize vehicle weight and maximize range. Tesla is the industry leader regarding efficient EVs.

Any economic analysis must include the amortizing of the difference in capital cost of EVs and equivalent, efficient gasoline vehicles.

Any CO2 reduction analysis must be the difference of the CO2 emissions of an EV and an equivalent, efficient gasoline vehicle, on a lifetime, A-to-Z basis

It is important to assess the cost and operating impacts of large-scale use of EVs on electricity generation, grid capacity and energy storage capacity, on an A-to Z basis.

This article has six parts and an Appendix.

SUMMARY

Real-World Concerns About the Economics of EVs

This article describes in detail why it may not be such a good idea to have a proliferation of EVs, because of:

1) Their high initial capital costs; about 50% greater than equivalent gasoline vehicles.

2) The widespread high-speed charging facilities required for charging "on the road".

3) The loss of valuable time when charging "on the road".

4) The high cost of charging/kWh, plus exorbitant penalties, when charging “on-the-road”.

High-Mileage Hybrids a Much Better Alternative Than EVs

The Toyota Prius, and Toyota Prius plug-in, which get up to 54 mpg, EPA combined, would:

1) Have much less annual owning and operating costs than any EV, for at least the next 10 years

2) Have minimal wait-times, as almost all such plug-ins would be charging at home

3) Be less damaging to the environment, because their batteries would have very low capacity, kWh

4) Impose much less of an additional burden on the electric grids.

Hybrid vehicles, such as the Toyota Prius, save about the same amount of CO₂ as electric cars over their lifetime, plus:

1) They are cost competitive with gasoline vehicles, even without subsidies.

2) They have none of the EV downsides, such as:

- Not requiring EV chargers,

- Not inducing range anxiety

- Refilling in minutes, instead of hours.

3) Climate change does not care about where CO₂ comes from.

Gasoline cars are only about 7% of global CO2 emissions,

Replacing them with electric cars would only help a little. See table and Part Five

“Electrify Everything”, an easily uttered slogan

It would require:

- Additional electricity generation plants, such as nuclear, wind, solar, and hydro

- Additional grid augmentation/expansion to carry increased loads for future EVs and heat pumps

- Additional battery systems to store the midday solar electricity surges for later use, aka, DUCK-curve management.

- Major command/control-orchestrating of:

1) Charging times and duration of EVs, and

2) Operating times of major appliances, and

3) Control of electricity demands of commercial/industrial businesses, to avoid overloading distribution and high voltage electric grids.

New England Poor Wind and Solar Conditions: New England has the worst wind conditions, except for the US South, and the worst solar conditions, except for the rainy Seattle area.

“Electrify everything” would be a major challenge just to figure out (never mind the cost and environmental impact of implementing it), how all this would actually be working during:

1) Five to seven-day periods, when both wind and solar are minimal (such periods occur at random throughout the year), and

2) Multi-day periods of cold weather, 0 F or less, with snow and ice on solar panels, while electricity demands of heat pumps and EVs would be maximal.

Comments on Table

The table shows the CO2 emissions for four vehicles on a lifetime, A-to-Z basis.

The table clearly shows higher-mileage gasoline and hybrid vehicles have CO2 emissions comparable with equivalent EVs.

It was assumed 20% of charging would be on the road and 80% at home.

The Model Y kWh/mile values were prorated from real-world Model 3 values. See Part Three

EVs are Money Losers Compared to Efficient Gasoline Vehicles and Hybrids

Increasing the use of high-mileage vehicles, such as hybrids, and getting gas-guzzlers off the road (which need not involve any government subsidies), would reduce CO2 at much less cost per vehicle, than would the government-subsidized replacement of light duty vehicles with EVs.

The table show the total cost of owning and operating four vehicles.

The Nissan Kona EV, and Toyota Prius L eco hybrid, both without all-wheel-drive, AWD, are not as versatile as the Subaru Outback and the Tesla Model Y for New England conditions, especially in rural areas.

All four have similar cargo space. See Part Four.

The difference in vehicle purchase cost was amortized at 3.5% for 10 years. Subsidies were omitted.

Heat Pumps are Money Losers in my Vermont House

It is important to assess the cost and operating impacts of large-scale use of heat pumps on electricity generation, grid capacity and energy storage capacity, during the coldest days of the year, on an A-to Z basis.

My annual electricity consumption increased about 50%, after I installed three 24,000 Btu/h heat pumps for heating and cooling my, well-sealed/well-insulated house. They displaced a fraction of my propane consumption.

My existing propane system, 95%-efficient in condensing mode, is used on cold days, 10 F to 15 F or less, because heat pumps would have low efficiencies, i.e., low Btu/kWh, at exactly the same time my house would need the most heat

There have been no energy cost savings, because of high household electric rates, augmented with taxes, fees and surcharges.

Amortizing the $24,000 capital cost at 3.5%/y for 15 years costs about $2,059/y.

There likely will be service calls and parts, as the years go by, in addition to service calls and parts for the existing propane system.

I received a $2400 subsidy.

https://www.myamortizationchart.com

Government Electric Vehicle and Heat Pump Mandates

Subsidies do not just disappear. They would be charged to others, and/or would be added to government debts.

Celebrating energy cost savings, and ignoring amortizing costs, and having minimal CO2 reduction is like living a fantasy. See Part Five regarding CO2

Governments mandating hundreds of $billions be spent on such poor investments, as part of climate-change fighting,
meeting Paris”, etc., would impoverish the US people, and make the US less competitive on world markets.

The CO2 reduction would have minimal impact on climate change, because the US emits less than 15% of the world's human-caused CO2. See URLs.

http://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/vermont-co2-reduction-o...

https://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/world-total-energy-con...

Grid Upgrades, Peak-Smoothing, Load-Shifting, Storage

Vermont’s maximum grid load is about 1100 MW, and peak demand of users is about 900 MW, without significant quantities of heat pumps and EVs.

https://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/reality-check-regardin...

Major distribution and high-voltage grid upgrades, peak-smoothing and load-shifting and electricity storage systems (battery, etc.) would be required, if, in the future:

- Vermont’s 200,000-plus EVs would plug in, demanding 200,000 x 9 kW; see table 2 = 1,800 MW, most of them recharging for 2 - 4 hours, some of them up to 10 hours, for next day driving.

NOTE: Vermont total registered gas/diesel vehicles was 547,000 in 2019

https://vtrans.vermont.gov/sites/aot/files/planning/documents/plann...

- Vermont’s 200,000-plus heat pumps would be operating, demanding 200,000 x 2.8 kW = 560 MW, for many hours on cold days, to heat buildings.  Each free-standing, 2000 sq ft, well-sealed/well-insulated house, would require 2 such heat pumps. See URL

Willem Post says it quite well.

It really does appear that we have Barack Obama seeking vengeance thru the sock puppet of dementia addled ,and corrupt Joe Biden & ethically challenged ,and chameleon-like Kamala Harris.

If Trump had a successful policy, destroy it immediately with an executive order. If the issue was one of national security that would never get reversed by the populace--such as the southern border wall, or the keystone XL pipeline ,cancel them immediately with an executive order.

Make note of this practice of using executive orders to stun the feckless Republican party opposition, as it precedes the radicals push to ram through H.R.1--Pelosi's been pushing this one for years, and it will absolutely guarantee the democrats can, and will, use voter fraud with abandon and impunity.

What to do ?  I'm of mixed mind on this -- The advice to rebuild the GOP from the inside as a party to fight for conservative values & policies sounds great, but with RINOs in the high positions and a general distrust of the party by the base now....what's the point.

Until the never-Trumpers realize THEY are not the ones we wish to lead anything in our name, and resign, we will have to fight them (primaries) for years to gain control of the party---too late to stop the progressive Nazification of America. If anyone thinks that is not happening, what do you think the "cancel culture" writ large no by Big Tech merging into government is going to become?

A third party sounds great, but realistically has zero chance of winning anything without some sort of collapse of the elites running things. Unlikely at this point.

I don't know at this point--much remains to be exposed,IF that is even possible as the Biden cabal sorts out how to crush freedom of speech.

The preposterous "2nd impeachment" is just so beyond all common sense. I can't fathom what Senator Collins is thinking, apparently so convinced that Trump "needs to at least be censured for his incitement.." when there is no causative action or speech from that rally that would rise anywhere close to "incitement". She might ask Maxine Waters or AOC about their methods of inciting "civil actions by constituents" ,they're immune from responsibility of course.

Now it is becoming more clear that there were plans made weeks ahead of time by outside agitators that the FBI is now admitting they were aware of, that propelled the "invasion" of the Capitol building that day.

So if I had to critique anyone for that debacle it would be the FBI and DC Capitol police for not working together and alerting the Trump team about the infiltrators planning the disruptions. Did they warn anyone ? No.

Were several bus loads of Antifa filmed being escorted into NE DC by marked and unmarked police cars,Yes.

So who was the real instigator of the "violent insurrection" ?

Senator Collins ought to have learned something from the sewer-dirty campaign run against her this year by the democrats; they will do anything, break any rules or laws they need to in order to destroy their "enemies". How'd it feel to get threatening phone calls Senator ? Not so great right? Guess what ,that is what we all are feeling right now watching this fraud run this scam on the country and the media --and the GOP elites --are saying there was no election fraud, you didn't find anything, didn't see anything. Biden destroys tens of thousands of good paying jobs in the first week, and he is just getting started.

Mills suggests a ten year moratorium on offshore wind? Wonder why ? When Biden re-instates the Obama national sea-bed monument ,and blocks off thousands of square miles of fishing territory, they'll kill anohter industry and have less opposition to putting hundreds of inefficient wind turbines off shore ,and no issues running the cables ashore as the fishing communities will be all gone,no one to complain.

I don't think it is possible to remake the republican Party.I thought about a name change to "Constitutional Republic Party" but that doesn't fit the present leadership of the RNC. So ,let's have a new one as I have named  above and let those in the House and Senate who wish to step over the line and pledge their loyalty to the declaration and the Constitution as written be the vanguard of a new political party. I think we would know the we could start with about 75 million members. All the problems of this country can be solved by sticking to the straight and narrow of our founding documents.

"Big Government, Big Tech, academia, and entertainment are the four pillars that are destroying our country's foundations."

Very true, but can we add NGO's and foundations to this group? All of these six groups have put considerable muscle into pushing the renewable energy fraud. Gas bad. Wind good. Thanks also for brainwashing half the population and teaching society NOT to think.

FOUR YEARS OF THE BIDEN FARCE?

Biden, a man with a pen.

Biden is just an uninspiring functionary, sitting at his desk with mask, trying to look serious/presidential.

Every day, the invisible Biden handlers are telling Biden to “get out his pen” to sign executive orders to:

1) Open the borders to let in the illiterate, unskilled illegals to get more Dem/Prog votes
2) Halt the Keystone XL pipeline, which eliminated about 50,000 jobs for years
3) Join Paris, which will cost the US $TRILLIONS

4) Stop drilling for oil and gas on federal lands in Utah and many other states; Biden creating shortages to benefit wind and solar.
Look outside, no wind and no sun to-day.
5) Whatever else they can dream up to “undo/erase Trump”.

In the evening, Biden may tell his admiring wife, over a sumptuous dinner, he is very tired, because he has been:

1) Very busy changing the US and the world
2) Fighting climate change, 24/7, already for ONE WHOLE WEEK

The whole charade is off-the-charts ridiculous.

Do the invisible Biden handlers really believe the WORLD will use less oil, because of halting Keystone XL?
