The Interior Department’s Fraudulent Bald Eagle Numbers

America's green energy fraud has been going on for decades and as I have discovered, it never sleeps. While everybody's been watching the Putin show, our sleazy President and our open borders, international financial interests are still working their evil ways on Americans.

The wind industry with fraudulent research and imaginary population estimates, wants to increase green energy's bald eagle take in America. The previous take limit, that was set in 2016 with fraudulent research, was 4200 bald eagles annually. The Interior Department now wants increase that limit again to 15,832 .

From   Federal Register ...."Although some of the increase in the estimates of population size from 2009 to 2019 can be attributed to improvements in methods, the majority of the increase is likely due to population growth, estimated to be around 10 percent per year."

Improvements in "methods" really means, continue to ignore real world conditions like bald eagle habitat abandonment near wind farms and crank up the rigging for investors.

Not sure if the fake eagle population estimates include Alaska or not but the population of Alaska's bald eagles is about 30,000.   Alaska by leaps and bounds, has more bald eagles than any other state.   Subtract that number from 316,708 and we are supposed to believe that on average, each of the lower 48 states has a population of 5,971 bald eagles.  In California the bald eagle population doesn't even come close and we likely have 1000-1500, but no more.

Here in Shasta County, CA, we easily have the highest density of bald eagles in the state and the total population including juveniles and sub-adults, is about 150.  Except for occasional migrants, many of California’s 58 counties have no Bald eagles.

I do not need to read the new study or to analyze the methodology used for the recent Bald Eagle population estimates because I know it’s absolute Bull Shit. 

The Fish and Game numbers below are from 2016. They report about 300 hundred bald eagles living in CA. Add the sub-adults and you might get another 150-200.  Yet the Interior Department’s numbers suggest that the Bald Eagle Population in CA has grown by 10-20 times in size since then.

Our Interior Department loves to use statistics in their nonscientific research, so here is another very interesting calculation.......There is a 100% probability that their latest Bald eagle population numbers were contrived from a fraternity of International green bastards and are fraudulent.

Of course, we could have even more bald eagles in CA if the wind industry wasn’t killing them off in the delta region near the Altamont and Solano County wind farms. The habitat is there and they’ve tried to establish nesting territories, but are always killed off by turbines. 

This history of nesting failures located near wind turbines in CA is never clearly stated, but there is plenty of evidence for anyone that wishes to read about it.  On the other hand, Green industry documents do their best to omit, hide or deliberately avoid documenting these kinds of facts.  Bald eagles are scavengers and once they discover that carcasses of other birds are falling to the ground around these turbines, they will be attracted by these carcasses and will also be killed.  This is most likely to have happened to a pair of bald eagles that set up a home on Grizzly Island near the Shiloh wind turbines.  This was partially mentioned in Wind industry documents but the truth avoided.  Near the Hatchet Ridge wind Project in Shasta County are two abandoned Bald Eagle territories, with their nests falling apart, that were falsely claimed to have been occupied in the Fountain Wind EIR.

At Altamont recently……“No active golden eagle nests were documented during the 2020 raptor nest surveys conducted by ICF within the project site. However, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) found an active golden eagle nest on the project site in 2020, which subsequently was determined to have failed during a follow-up survey in June 2020.”

The legacy of wind farms is empty skies and empty habitat that keeps on killing off migrant species.

Complicating this hidden green carnage to eagles and other species from wind energy, wind farm leaseholders are required to immediately pick up wind turbine carcasses off their properties. Then they are required to dispose of them by burning, burying them deeply, cooking them, and adequately composting them.  If leaseholders disclose any of this to the public, they will be crucified from the nondisclosure conditions in their green energy contracts.

The Federal Register says there are take permits that allow 490 bald eagles to be killed annually. Yet this industry in collusion with the Interior Department secretly ships thousands of eagles every year to the Denver Eagle Repository. The origin of these eagles is never disclosed but I happen to know most of these fresh eagle carcasses are coming in from Wind farms, where employees regularly search around the turbines for carcasses.

This federal Eagle Take permit system is a complete fraud on the public because the USFWS secretly ships eagle carcasses to the repository from wind farms and doesn’t disclose these clandestine activities to the public. 

This total lack of accountability is by design 

The current bald eagle population numbers are fake and were set up with back-room negotiations. Then using contrived methodologies, new Interior Department studies were rigged to produce data that would fit into this industry’s green web of lies.   Using these nonscientific estimates, we supposedly now have a huge population of imaginary bald eagles.  In the UK the same green fraud  is taking place with their imaginary golden eagle population in Scotland. Keep in mind, these are also the same corrupt entities that produced a fake study that overestimated a golden eagle population near Altamont by over 10 times.

Sadly green industries are rigging their way into trillions more from American taxpayers.  They’ve already received over 2 trillion, for this putrid subsidized source of energy that will never come close to fulfilling America's needs.  Green energy is not only subsidized financially, it's reported renewable energy is actually being subsidized with oil,  coal, natural gas, and Nuclear energy in all the EIA data. Green energy doesn't run the grid, it never has. The 57% wind energy being reported in Iowa is a complete fabrication because natural gas, nuclear energy, and coal are running the grid. Even Elon Musk is aware that most of the energy for his electric cars will never come from wind turbines. But if you ask the green criminals, they will say all is good, then rig all the research needed so they can prove it to suckers. In my mind it's Economic Terrorism.

The layers of fraud and rigging behind green energy's hundreds of fake studies are staggering. The lack of accountability and meaningless government regulations, are also an American travesty.  Then there is the silence or lying by omission from Conservation groups and others, accepting blood money from this industry after all being handcuffed with nondisclosure agreements.

With honest research and accountability, fake experts would be in prison and developers/leaseholders would be fined billions for their hidden slaughter to species. With accountability the original 4200 annual harvest limit of bald eagles would be reduced to zero until credible population research was produced. With honest research and accountability, the Wind industry would not be able to hide their annual slaughter of America’s eagles, as they have for decades.

Eagle Permits; Updated Bald Eagle Population Estimates and Take Limits

A Notice by the Fish and Wildlife Service on 02/01/2022

“Our authority to authorize take of eagles is derived from the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (16 U.S.C. 703-712) and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (hereafter Eagle Act; 16 U.S.C. 668-668d). The Eagle Act further specifies that take of eagles may only be authorized after a finding that the take is compatible with the preservation of the bald eagle or the golden eagle. Through regulations in part 22 of title 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Service issues eagle take permits for several specific purposes, including scientific or Tribal religious purposes and preventing depredations on livestock and collisions with airplanes near airports. However, the majority of permits the Service issues to authorize take of eagles are for incidental take; that is, take that is associated with, but not the purpose of, a human activity (50 CFR 22.26). The definition of “take” under the Eagle Act includes “pursue, shoot, shoot at, poison, wound, kill, capture, trap, collect, destroy, molest, or disturb” (16 U.S.C. 668c; 50 CFR 22.3).” 

I have to remind readers that the Interior Department was never given the authority from the American people to hide millions of turbine fatalities and thousands of eagle carcasses annually or to rig their ongoing research.   Yet this is exactly how this so called “authority” spoken of above, came about.  There have never been any green mandates that allow the Interior Department to participate in and endorse fraudulent green research. There were never any mandates that will allow wind energy developers to kill our eagles and endangered species, then hide this activity.  There have never been any mandates that allow lies by omission and allow fraudulent post construction research with every wind energy project. 

There has only been collusion and corruption.

This is not just a Joe Biden problem because this media clown just regurgitates what he's been told. This is a DC problem with both Republicans and Democrats in on this fraud.
