While Maine Governor Janet Mills defies Trump over his constitutional order banning men from women’s sports, girls continue to have their glory stripped away from them.

As Jim Hoft reported earlier this month, Trump signed a landmark executive order that ensured biological men could not compete in women’s sports.
The executive order directs the Department of Education to enforce Title IX based on biological sex, threatening to withhold federal funding from educational institutions that allow transgender women to compete in women’s sports. In the event that the Department of Education is dismantled, other agencies will take over.

On Monday night, a biological boy calling himself “Katie Spencer” from Greely High School in Cumberland, Maine, easily won first place in the girls’ state championship meet.
Fox News reported that he outleaped every female by at least half a foot.

Adding insult to injury, Spencer’s pole vault was the main reason his track and field team won the Class B state championship meet by ONE POINT.

Maine GOP State Rep. Laurel Libby also revealed another outrageous fact on Facebook: “Katie Spencer” had competed as John Rydzewski in the boy’s pole vault just one year ago and won fifth place.
He then started competing as a girl in June 2024.

“It is absolutely reprehensible that people in a position of power would allow this against children who are trying to compete,” Libby told Fox News. “There will not be enforcement from the state level, that is absolutely clear. So the only mechanism of enforcement that we have is for the administration to intervene.”

Libby also told the outlet that a girl competing at the event reached out to her following her post.
The girl said that she and her teammates had no clue they would be competing against a male until they arrived, a fact Libby called “disheartening.”

The parents of these teenage girls have a right to be furious with the government’s inhumane policies foisted on them against their will and to the detriment of upbringing of their children.
They should form a Parents Protect Children Party to oust self-righteous, extreme-leftist Mills and her clique from government!!

The Daily Wire revealed that Maine’s Department of Education announced in January it would not comply with Trump’s order on gender.
Moreover, the Maine Principals’ Association (MPA) stated earlier this month that the Pine Tree State would continue to allow males to compete in girls’ and women’s sports.

TGP’s Cassandra MacDonald reported today that the Department of Education has now launched an investigation into Maine’s compliance with Title IX laws.
The announcement came hours after Trump publicly humiliated Mills at a meeting of the National Governors Association (NGA) on Friday.

“Today, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) sent a letter to the Maine Department of Education Commissioner Pender Makin announcing that OCR is initiating a directed investigation of the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) amid allegations that it continues to allow male athletes to compete in girls’ interscholastic athletics and that it has denied female athletes female-only intimate facilities, thereby violating federal antidiscrimination law,” the DOE said in a press release.
“The letter also notifies MDOE that OCR is launching an investigation into Maine School Administrative District #51 (MSAD #51), after it was reported that Greely High School, a school under its jurisdiction, is continuing to allow at least one male student to compete in girls’ categories.”
