OffShore wind energy hearing held today in New Jersery

For this hearing today,  I sent off this email off to..... NJ02JV.RSVP@mail.house.gov
The hearing can be watched on YouTube.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9MY7G8pi5M&t=1828s
Hello,
For legal reasons, I am writing to get what I know about the wind industry, on the record. I am a wildlife expert with a specialty in raptors that goes back over 50 years. I’m also an expert on the wind industry’s turbine impact research. I’ve analyzed hundreds of studies conducted for the wind industry and sadly, have only found one to be credible. Even the mortality studies conducted by NASA in 1976 were contrived garbage, designed to hide impacts.
From this 47 year pattern of false research involving wind energy, I can say with great confidence that no one should expect any of the research conducted for these offshore turbines or any opinions given by the government or wind industry, to be even remotely credible.
As for these offshore turbines, there has never been any credible and scientific, turbine related mortality research conducted. I have also looked over some of the preliminary avian use studies conducted for the East Coast’s offshore wind development and I found these studies conducted in Maine to be nothing more than a big lie by omission.
I happen to know and can prove the Interior Department deliberately lies about our bald and golden eagle population numbers and these numbers benefit green energy. This is collusion. Hiding ten’s of thousands of wind turbine related eagle fatalities, is also collusion.
Fraudulent population research numbers created by the USFWS are being used to increase wind energy’s kill or take quotas for these species. I also know about criminally fraudulent golden eagle surveys conducted by the USGS, that overestimated actual nesting golden eagle numbers by 10-20 times in a region near Altamont Pass, California.
How do I know this? I know much more about golden eagles than the industry’s non-expert researchers and also conducted my own research in the same area in the 1970's.
The golden eagle is an endangered species in California and the Interior Department and the State of California have been hiding this for years. Again Collusion.
So for this hearing I want all participants to understand, this industry really has no right to move forward with any offshore developments. Especially since there has NEVER been a single credible turbine mortality study, ever conducted with offshore turbines anywhere in the world.
The attachments with this email are to be considered part of my testimony. These attachments explain in more detail, the corruption, the fraud and the collusion taking place with wind energy developments.

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
