Howie Carr on Mass "undersecretary of climate change" bragging about "breaking the will" of the people
But imagine the hubris of the state government of Maskachusetts presuming to cure “climate change,” whatever that might entail.
Doesn’t Massachusetts need an “undersecretary of volcanoes?” Perhaps deputy commissioner of earthquakes, or clerk of sunspots? Senior administrator of continental drift?
Meet David Ismay, a 49-year-old blow-in drifter and bust-out lawyer from California who is now living the high life in a mansion in Chestnut Hill.
Here is how Ismay described his dream job, at a conference last month with a bunch of similarly entitled, trust-funded ersatz hippies from Vermont:
“Sixty percent of our emissions that need to be reduced come from you, the person across the street, the senior on fixed income, right? There is no bad guy left in Massachusetts to point the
finger at, to turn the screws on and, you know, break their will so they stop emitting.

Mass climate ‘official’ gets caught saying it's time to ‘BREAK the WILL’ of the American citizen
David Ismay, Massachusetts Undersecretary for Climate Change (which is a real job if you can believe it) said in a video conference that it’s time to “break the will” of everyday drivers and homeowners over climate change.
He was arguing that they’d already cracked the spines of business and government, and that it just isn’t good enough, so it’s time to crush everyday Americans.
“I know one thing that we found in our analysis is that 60% of our emissions come from – as I have it started to say you and me, except you guys are in Vermont – 60% of our emissions come from residential heating and passenger vehicles. Let me say that again: 60% of our emissions that need to be reduced come from you, the person on your street, the senior on fixed-income,” he said.
“Right now there is no bad guy left, at least in Massachusetts, to point the finger at and turn the screws on and now break their will so they stop emitting,” he said, meaning there were no big offenders left to blame. Then he said who the next target is. The new bad guy. “That’s you. We have to break your will.”
Come on man. Seriously?
“I can’t even say that publicly,” he added. Yeah do you think not, pal? Well too bad because it’s public now.

THE LARGEST CYBER WARFARE ATTACK EVER

Two days later, about 10 million people have looked at it.
Internet Transactions
Internet messages, such as emails, google searches, etc., travel from originating iPhones, computers, etc., to towers, to server complexes, to satellites, to server complexes, to towers, to receiving iPhones, computers, etc. The servers store the META data, i.e., a record of EVERY transaction.
The servers do not record the CONTENT of transactions, but, according to whistleblower Snowden, the NSA does, plus, according to Snowden, the CIA has “special requests”, all documented in his book.
The transaction records are available to people who manage the A-to-Z communication systems.
They were made available to various cyber experts, who shared them with Mike Liddell, who had the movie-length video made.
Transaction Revelations
Transaction records reveal most of the voting machines were connected to Secretary of State servers and to the internet.
That means evil-doer outsiders could enter the servers and alter VOTE COUNT DATA
Transaction records reveal China actors were involved in 60% of the cyberattack events.
The other 40% were from other countries, including Iran, Iraq, and multiple countries in Europe.

Headings of Computer Printouts
Here are the headings of a list with many transactions.
Line 1 shows the following information about the transaction:
- Time stamp; time and date of transaction
- IP source; a unique identifier
- Owner source; line 1 shows China Net
- ID source; a unique identifier of the computer used for hacking
- IP target, a unique identifier
- Target state; line 1 shows Michigan
- Target county; line 1 shows Emmet County, Michigan
- ID target; unique identifier of hacked computer/server
- Type of entry; using 1) credentials (illegally obtained), 2) breaking the firewall, or 3) both
- Success first time; yes or no
- Log trace; record of multiple attempts until successful, or not
- Votes changed; line 1 shows 3,477 votes were changed from Trump to Biden
Pre-meditated Hack Attack of Election
Remember, it took months by hundreds of cyber experts to plan and implement many cyber attacks during a few days in November.
There likely were trial runs to make sure the set-up would be working.
The NSA, DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc., were not aware foreign countries “throwing” the election to Biden? It seems incredible.

US Government Awareness of Pre-meditated Hack Attacks of Elections
Apparently, the US government has been aware of such cyberattacks on US Elections since about 2015, according to cyber experts interviewed in the video.
The US government is also aware the cyberattack during the 2020 Election period was the most intense ever.

NOTE: Even though the Departments of the Secretaries of State, in swing states, have erased computer files of counting machines, or shredded ballots, or whatever, to hide any forensic tracks, they did not know those tracks remained unaltered in the INTERNET server complexes.
