Noise. I wonder if Juliet Brown and her husband Jon Hinck derided citizen testimony as "noise" around their dinner table as she was bringing gobs of wind money into the household and her husband was suffocating citizen-initiated wind legislation in his EUT Committee role.
Well, I guess the wind industry is the authority on noise.

"Very well funded"? That got a laugh. Guess it would be too much to ask that she say we were very well educated and informed and our comments at public hearings are educating other Maine citizens and worrying the hell out of these carpet baggers.
