Trump appointed 3 conservative judges to the US Supreme Court

These judges are highly qualified scholars of the history of the US Constitution; one of them teaches it in a Law School.

A prior Supreme Court had made an error by ruling, a woman has a legal right to an abortion (Roe vs. Wade).

Based on that ruling more than 30 years ago, various federal laws and rules and regulations were enacted and promulgated.

A national infrastructure of federally-$supported entities, involved with abortion, and other reproductive issues, mostly staffed by Democrats, came into being.

The current Supreme Court determined, nowhere in the US Constitution, and associated documents, etc., is mentioned: 1) abortion and 2) a woman has a legal right to an abortion.

The federal government only has the legal rights ceded to it by the sovereign States, as reiterated in the US Constitution.

Any legal rights not ceded to the federal government, stay with the States

That means, the people in each State determine the laws, rules and regulations regarding abortion.

The federal government would be involved only if a State violates a civil right, such as discrimination based on race, creed, color, etc., as reiterated in the US Constitution.

1) Firing any and all obstructionist bureaucrats

2) Completely overhauling the corrupt security and intelligence agencies

3) Reforming the FISA courts to stop the abuses against Americans

4) Form a truth and reconciliation commission to address the many crimes and wrongdoings of the government

5) Weed out the spreaders of disinformation from government positions

6) Make Inspectors General fully independent from the agencies they are supposed to monitor

7) Start a Congressional Committee to oversee what the intelligence agencies are actually up to so that any and all illegal spying on Americans can finally be terminated.

8) Move many government agencies out of DC and into places where they can actually serve the public

9) Eliminate the revolving door between government positions and the corporate entities they previously regulated or oversaw

10) Pass a Constitutional amendment to impose term limits on Congressional and Senate seats.

Peter Comey was officially DLA Piper “Senior Director of Real Estate for The Americas in 2015 when the Clinton Foundation scandals first broke, and Hillary was preparing her Presidential campaign. 

Not only was DLA Piper, the firm where Comey’s brother worked, involved in the audit of the Clinton Foundation, but according to the foundation’s donor records, DLA Piper has given between $50 - 100k to the Foundation.

Eliminate all subsidies, grants and tax preferences to all industries.

These subsidies, etc., promote dysfunctional and expensive systems everywhere they are applied

They enlarge the federal government with bureaucrats and onerous rules and regulations.

Drill, baby drill, and

Build, on a fast track, at least 100 standardized nuclear plants, each with 2 or more 1,000 MW units

Conserve, not export, our precious fossil fuels to produce the tens of thousands of products that cannot be produced by hydro, nuclear, wind and solar.

The export of US fossil fuels is advocated by the Deep State to increase their geo-political war-mongering, to enable the US military/industrial/intelligence complex to rule the world.

Bring 50,000 soldiers from Europe to the US to help build the north and south wall, and

Station them on the narrow strip of US land OUTSIDE of the completed walls, with tear gas, tasers, etc., so no one, without proper documents, can cross our borders.

That will free up the US border guard, etc., to collect millions of recent arrivals, and

If Maine uses less fossil fuels and more wind, solar, batteries, heat pumps, EVs, etc., then the electricity cost, c/kWh, will increase just as it has in the U.K. and France andGermany and Ireland, etc.

That expensive energy, plus the influx of very costly often criminal, illiterate, unskilled, culturally different, illegal aliens have made Europe uncompetitive on the global markets and reduced the standard of living in Europe

We get 9 hours of sun this time of year. Wind lulls are prevalent on these mostly cloudy winter days. If electricity use increase the cost will go up. If fossil fuel use decreases the cost will go down. Everything is the opposite of what we are being told.

Does he mean "in the long run" will be 2040 when there is no longer any need to purchase Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to prove compliance to the Renewable Portfolio Standard and Net Energy Billing (NEB) can go away and RGGI carbon taxes are unnecessary and we ratepayers will be buying out all the 20-year long term contracts (LTC) with wind, solar, battery storage and offshore wind? There is no soft landing at any time with this fiasco, not today, not 2040, not 2050, not ever. The 100% renewable day will never arrive because if RECs go away, RGGI is dismantled, and NEB is arrested and all LTCs are ended, then all the renewable developments go caput, and it will not be carbon dioxide emissions we are trying to rid from the landscape.
