EV Sales Stall

By Paul Homewood

As has been becoming increasingly apparent, sales of EVs are beginning to stall:

UK DATA

The market so far has mainly consisted of company car buyers, who are attracted by tax breaks, and eco-minded city drivers.

That market now seems to have been more or less saturated.

IN THE US

Biden Admin. Wants Rules to Push Electric Car Sales to 10X Current Levels

To get to the Biden's extremist 2032 target, NEW EV sales would need a US SALES share of about

10% in 2023,

20% in 2024,

30% in 2025,

40% in 2026,

50% in 2027,

60% in 2028,

70% in 2029

80% in 2030,

90% in 2031,

100% in 2032, equivalent to about 17 million light-duty EVs

What about trains, buses, trucks, barges, planes, etc.?

Only a senile idiot could agree to be walked in front of his teleprompter and read this kind of nonsense.

Biden got CREDITED with 88 million ballots, by hook and by crook, by the Dem/Prog counting centers in Democrat-controlled cities..

Never in history was counting ballots suspending in multiple DEMOCRAT states, at the same time, with Trump way ahead.

You did not get what you voted for.

Next time, Trump should stay in the basement?

The US has no possibility of producing that many EVs in such a short time; not even if Musk were in charge.

CO2 is a Life Gas; No CO2 = No Flora and Fauna

https://www.windtaskforce.org/profiles/blogs/co2-is-a-life-gas-no-c...

Regarding CO2.

CO2 is life-giving gas, because God created life in an Eden, a place with abundant fauna and flora and CO2.

God, who knows all, knew life had to be based on CO2, and covered the world with fauna and flora.

The world experienced many disturbances during the past billions of years, and each time it rebalanced itself.

Mankind, just is not “big enough” to disturb it.

The earth had a Little Ice Age, LIA, with many years of very cold temperatures, poor crops, famine, population stagnant, due to diseases and lack of food

The rivers Rhine, Thames, and Seine freezing up, and people going with horse and carriage on the ice, and having festivals on the ice, as recorded on paintings in European museums

All that time, from the year zero of the Christian Era to about 1900, the CO2 was about 280 ppm, near the lowest level in its 4.5 billion life!!!

Just before the LIA, had been the Medieval Warm Period, and the Roman Warm Period, during both of them it was much warmer than to-day, BUT CO2 HAD NOT CHANGED.

All subjective computer models cannot replicate that, i.e., work backwards, because they are political and based on the erroneous inputs, to reinforce the gloom-and-doom temperature lies to the naive, gullible public.

If CO2 played no role during those times, why would it be accused of playing a role now?

If I were making and selling huge, highly subsidized wind turbines, I certainly would lie like hell and provide money to get LinkedIn and cohorts, to punish people who say CO2 is beneficial, and we need more of it.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
