BIRD ALERT: Application of Atlantic Wind LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility
Ex-Gov of Maine John Baldacci became vice chairman of Avangrid, whicich owns Atlantic Wind LLC, in December 2015 and it was never reported by the Maine media. The ex-Gov and creator of Maine's heinous expedited wind law becomes vice chair of the nation's 2nd largest wind company and the media refuse to report this.

And they don't appear to be concerned about birds.
