We live in rural Iowa where Mid American Energy is trying to develop a large area of our crop lands into industrial wind generating facilities.  The citizens of Palo Alto County here in Iowa have an active lawsuit against Mid American Energy and a lawsuit against the County Board of Supervisors.  These lawsuits are based on violations of our Iowa Laws.  The citizens do not want wind energy taking over our land for the Tax Incentives that they eat like candy.
