Get ready for the Handcuffs and Perp Walk. Our Gub'ment is at it again!!!

Climate Deniers are now in the crosshairs.  A Democrat California State Senator is proposing that the RICO Statutes be used against anyone promoting climate change denial and the statute of limitations would be extended to 30 years.  That, my friends, is is another nail in the coffin of free speech brought to you by our ever expanding Progressive friends and the Gestapo tactics they use.  This is serious folks, not just for our involvement in the Wind industry, but for our right to criticize theories that are NOT scientific and NOT settled. We know that the nutcase Governor of California will sign this if it makes it through the California Legislature. It proves again that the elections in the fall are of utmost importance, and that our life will change drastically if it gets through.  Remember In November.

And, lest you forget. Lead paint bad, mercury light bulbs good. Don't check your good sense for guidance, check the government guidelines. Big brother knows what's best for us.

Eskutassis my friend, you are tragically correct. We are now presented with a government that has suppressed a person's right to individual spiritual feeling and expression and substituted its own brand of secular religion, the belief in catastrophic climate change and global warming. Anyone who now gainsays this fascist cult is subject to official adjudication, social derision, and could look forward to a dismal result. This is identical to the fate of dissidents, or just to have been born different, in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia. When I read James Delingpole's WATERMELONS: The Green Movement's True Colors, I drew some hope. I hope I have the strength to face what's next.

Christopher King, I'm trying to remember the last time I saw a brown-grey haze hanging over many cities here in the USA, except for LA, which has some of the most stringent anti-pollution laws in the nation.  That smog is caused by the vehicle traffic, not industry.  Most of the industrial base of the midwest has been driven out of this country by the environmentalists and sent to China.  We can not get off using fossil fuels any time in this century, and maybe never.  Renewable energy is a folly, chased after by people like Al Gore and Angus King, both hardly scientists, who look to line their own pockets with ill gotten subsidy money . . . by the way, yours and my tax dollars.

The Democracy of one Senator over the Democracy of others, isn't democracy wonderful when Minorities Rule when the principle of democracy is Majority with a voice that can be heard, not trampled into non existence by the minority. Next comes Socialism for the people, while the Trade agreements impose Communistic values from the Global Corporate Structure controlling the Socialist governances. Slavery re-invented ! But we will like it this time !

Marie Jane says:  Check out the AGs from New England who attended the NY meeting w/Al Gore this week. In checking; this has not appeared in Boston papers or major t.v./radio; why not; something is not quite right here.................nor has it been for a very long time!  Much to be worried about. Does anti industrial-wind- turbine-agenda-farce make me a denier?  Is it off to the coal mines for life?

In Al Gore’s announcement of a climate witch hunt, titled “AGs United for Clean Power”, Al Gore said the following;
I really believe that years from now, this convening by attorney general Eric Schneiderman and his colleagues today, may well be looked back upon as a real turning point, in the effort to hold to account those commercial interests that have been, according to the best available evidence, deceiving the American people, communicating in a fraudulent way, both about the reality of the climate crisis and the dangers it poses to all of us, and committing fraud in their communications about the viability of renewable energy and efficiency, and energy storage, that together are posing this great competitive challenge to the long reliance on carbon based fuels.
Does Al Gore plan to prosecute James Hansen, Kerry Emanuel, Ken Caldeira and Tom Wigley for Fraud?

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
