Just got off shell's wind interest sight. I have a funny feeling that if subsidies are halted then this monster company will jack up the price of gasoline to make up for losses. Gas pricing always follows the 3 leading oil companies. Lets watch…

I've said before and still stands,They are desperate people wanting alternative energy to develop at any cost. Maybe they think the world is coming to an end and nobody cares about this earth. They are dead wrong. It's not nice…

I agree We need someone somewhere to confront these mountain killers. Unlike big wind companies dreaming of great success in deceit, and using tax payer funds to build these commercial wind farms there are some folks that do care about the state of…

It is wrong to try to manage states in such dismay singly. This is a federal problem and should be  dealt with accordingly. Until the White house and all entities tied to it become one and agree that the American people come first you can kiss…

The world in a desperate state

Here we are a year later and still no National Monorail System. The movements are starting up all over the country. Not knowing what the next good idea is or will be other than to tax wall street. That is fine but it will not create jobs, generate electricity, offer fast and clean transportation. The National Monorail System will create all this and more..... The President of the United States could not even give me a reason not to start this massive infrastructure. now that we are getting…See More

Looks like CMP is as ignorant as First Wind. First of all they can put up the new power poles adjacent to the old ones they can even decommission the old service but they do not need to pull the old poles down right away they just choose to do it…

Working with satellite television dishes and other signal based sciences there is a need for trickle voltage to power elements to keep Ice from forming. Even in parts of south of Virginia there is a need for heaters. I know how much a trickle feed…

Magnetic Levitation is the future. Just because europe and a few other countries took Walt Disney Ideas and ran with the technology doesn't mean the US should still sit on the sideline. Well I take that back some cities are using electric…

" These Monorails can produce more electricity than the state could ever dream of." -- I wasn't aware of this. I need to read up on it. Thank you!

Something Old and Exciting

It cracks me up when I hear all the talk about how we now need to rob space taken by our marine mammals and fish. the very same DB outputs will be resonated for miles under the oceans if not killing the fish and mammals but at the very least chasing them away. It is so easy to test this theory it would only take days to have your answer with a sound generator and a diver. Sound is carried much further under water through resonation. What we will do out of desperation. The American People want…See More

You are correct in deserts having living things. I only mentioned that because there are limited impact sights even in the desert. Europe and china and now Israel are the leaders in the electro-magnetic technology, the US could have been if we…

There is too much technology out there that needs to be used in electricity generation. Turbines have there place in numbers out in the plains, farmlands, oilfields, desert, and away from any living thing on earth. I think there is too much…

Sign up today and lend your voice and presence to the steadily rising tide that will soon sweep the scourge of useless and wretched turbines from our beloved Maine countryside. For many of us, our little pieces of paradise have been hard won. Did the carpetbaggers think they could simply steal them from us?

We have the facts on our side. We have the truth on our side. All we need now is YOU.

“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT (excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 http://pinetreewatchdog.org/2010/08/09/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/ From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" http://pinetreewatchdog.org/2010/08/11/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/ From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” http://pinetreewatchdog.org/2010/08/12/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
