Setting the stage, remember, the Soviet Union and the Berlin Wall had fallen; now the world was to improve with the new agenda of "peaceful " central planning as a core, Agenda 21. As it had been with the ending of all major wars in the 20th century, post Cold War UN action was to be no different. For the good of the world, the wealth of the successful (winner) nations would be spread to those that were less fortunate(redistributed) to stabilize and make the world safer and more peaceful.Consider NAFTA.
"Fortunate" developing nations would play a key role with NAFTA and Agenda 21. How better to do it than to inflict "guilt " on the successful, and impose "Green" and CO2 as the brainwash modality. Who in their right mind would be against sustainable development and saving the earth for the less fortunate, and preventing it from literally , going to Hell's Climate Oven. Elitists could jump on board early and make literally billions, from Agenda 21. Reduce capitalism and fair markets ,kill fossil fuel influence that produced economic miracles, increase redistribution ,select energy Winners from central control authority with a plan...Agenda 21.
