Anyone truly interested in the environment should read this excellent article.

And ask, "when all those non-recyclable turbine blades disintegrate, get replaced and decommissioned, where will the battleship-sized fiberglass-composite corpses be laid to rest?

Maine does not do much landfilling any more. Most of our waste goes to trash-to-energy incinerators, where renewable electricity is generated. But Old Town and Norridgewock still take a lot of solid waste -- and they simply bury it.

Mariupol, a port city on the AZOV Sea, is part of Donetsk, a Province in East Ukraine

The extreme-rightist AZOV Battalion started as a group of mercenaries, financed by a Ukrainian billionaire in 2014.

It was incorporated into the Ukraine Army, by Poroshenko, some years later.

The AZOV Battalion and pro-Kiev sympathizers have dominated the city government of Mariupol.

This is also true in other Ukraine cities.

THE WILL FIGHT TO THER DEATH AND WILL USE CIVILIANS AS HUMAN SHIELDS, AS SHOWN BY THE ARTICLE.

They control the Municipal elections and count the votes

They get money from Kiev (which Kiev gets from the US/EU) to build show projects, etc., aka PORK

In 2014, the Separatists of Donetsk/Luhansk were beaten back by the well-armed AZOV battalion.

Some of the Separatists were surrounded in a multi-story building in Odessa

The AZOV battalion set the building on fire, no one was allowed out, everyone died

More than 30 people were killed in violent and chaotic clashes in Odessa on Friday as AZOV lovelies stormed a building defended by anti-Kiev separatists, who are in favor of closer ties with Russia.

In 2022, those same AZOV lovelies are fighting in Mariupol

They have no choice, but to fight to the end, and use civilians as shields, and blame civilian deaths on Russia

The more their resistance, the more destruction of Mariupol

Any left-over of AZOV Battalion likely will not be treated as POWs by the Russians.

As Russia’s invasion intensifies, countless Ukrainians are being displaced from their homes and fleeing for their lives, but, according to some of them, it’s not necessarily just Russia that they are worried about.

It’s their own (Ukranian) army.

No one is saying that these people wouldn’t be in danger if Putin had not decided to make his move into Ukraine, but nobody anticipated that Zelensky’s armed forces would be the ones terrorizing innocent civilians and refusing to allow them to flee the war zone, and that’s allegedly exactly what they are doing, some refugees have claimed.

Dozens of shocking video testimonials have emerged over the past few days alleging that Ukrainian soldiers, including the Nazi-aligned Azov Battalion, have been setting up offensive military positions within civilian areas, like neighborhoods and apartment buildings, to launch attacks on Russian troops – essentially using the citizens, including women and children, as “human shields” by guaranteeing return fire will hit populated areas.

This deplorable tactic is the same one that was used by Jihadists in Iraq and Afghanistan that results in unnecessary civilian casualties.

Ukrainian refugees also claimed that the reports of safe passage zones are all a lie. Apparently, Zelensky’s forces have stopped providing transportation out of the country.

Ironically, it’s actually the Russians who are providing more humanitarian assistance than the Ukrainian troops, according to some who finally made it out of the conflict zone.

There were also some refugees who claimed that Ukrainian troops were threatening to shoot anyone who attempted to flee the area, which, according to two separate witness accounts, has already begun happening. However, this is still unconfirmed.

If Ukrainian armed forces are truly doing this to their own people, then Zelensky needs to be questioned about “war crimes” right along with Putin.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
