JUNKET PLANNED TO EXPLORE CLEAN ENERGY IN DENMARK
A 14 member Maine delegation will travel to Denmark to explore their excellent "green Energy Facilities". Good luck with that at .41 cents a KWH!! I know people over there who can't even afford to charge their electric cars let alone turn their lights on!

It is both outrageous and shameful that this reporter and this newspaper should think this group's wasteful trip to Denmark merits any publicity. What needs investigative reporting and publicity is the years of corruption that has led to the destruction of so much of Maine for the scam of industrial wind power. The only thing to learn from Denmark is NOT what to do--reply on hugely subsidized wind power that costs Denmark residents the equivalent of 44¢ per kilowatt hour for electricity. Do we wish to destroy Maine for the farce of wind power that we don't need for cost that are 5 times greater than what we already pay? How about a critique of the massively negative impact of wind power in Maine, PPH and Kevin Miller instead of lauding a junket to Denmark?
