Fractionalization of wildlife habitat by wind farm and fractionalization of individual vote totals are both intolerable
Decimals in Vote Tallies
Tabulation software in use in the 2020 election in at least 28 states explicitly authorized in operating instruction manuals provided by the software vendor -- the use of weighting algorithms to tally votes.
Actual tallies in Michigan’s public records show weighted numbers of votes received, showing vote tallies in fractional numbers -- e.g. a tally of 1,615,707.52 votes for candidate X and 1,925,865.66 votes for candidate Y.
These numbers are not vote total percentages for one candidate or another, which would logically include decimals. These are reports of vote totals. With decimals. There is no logical place for decimals in a system that is supposed to be counting one person, one vote. Vote counts with decimals establish that the system used algorithms. They prove the actual vote tally has been manipulated.

Supposedly trusted institutions such as the media, government and environmental groups constantly lie to us and or mislead us on wind power by both commission and omission. I submit that the massive election fraud is no different, just on a grossly larger scale.

Delaying certification is a good decision.
But, why the big rush?
Many states have not yet certified the election results.
Pennsylvania made a mistake.
It rushed its certification, to establish a "fait accompli", but there have been massive complaints from all over PA, regarding fraudulent/suspicious/irregular activities.
As a result, Republican Legislators held a meeting in Gettysburg, PA

1) The 3.5-hour hearing was held in Gettysburg, PA
Giuliani, and his team, appeared in person, alleged massive election fraud with mail-in ballots.
Giuliani said:
Trump was leading by about 700,000 votes at about 10 PM, November 3
About 600,000 ballots mail-in ballots were not viewed by any Republican election observer, which is illegal per PA law
About 1,823,000 ballots were mailed out, but 2,589,000 mail-in ballots were counted!
About 700,000 MORE mail-in ballots were counted than sent out!!
The 2,500,000 mail-in ballot number was deleted from Election Office website on November 24
Twelve other witnesses testified regarding their observations regarding counting ballots.
Multiple EXPERT witnesses testified these activities are so egregious, that they could not understand how anyone, in good conscious, could certify the election results.
One witness knew intimate details about the DESIGN AND USE of the Dominion voting machines.
He said, they are 100% connected to the internet, and can be hacked/manipulated, by anyone, anywhere in the world!!
He said, the COUNTING can be observed in REAL-TIME, and adjustments to the counting can be made in REAL-TIME.
Trump joined the meeting as a call-in witness.

2) A Pennsylvania appeals court judge, Patricia McCullough, ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, with an evidentiary hearing to be held on November 25.
The ruling comes a day after Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the state's winner of the presidential election.
