Central Maine Power (CMP), a subsidiary of AVANGRID, has submitted the Maine Clean Power Connection (MCPC) in response to the request for proposals for clean energy and transmission issued in November 2015 by state agencies and utilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Anyone Noticing .....
CMP (I b e r d r o l a) is in this twice ?

I wondered why they made that Dog-Leg turn toward Pittsfield instead of following a straighter route. I guess "Now we Know".  This has been in the plan to tie in at this point even prior to creating the MEPCO 5 year upgrade at Ratepayer expense.

That should be in the hands of the new improved PUC !

Proposals like this are being made because the industry is in a panic mode. They know their crooked days and decades old wind scam are numbered.  Below is a peak at a newly released book. One of many more books to come discussing the wind industry's fraud on the world.

Broken Wing

Birds, Blades, and Broken Promises

"Jim Wiegand and John Droz were immensely helpful. Jim has 30 years in the desert, much like John the Baptist, working for the birds’ benefit. John gave me good mathematical insight into the many ‘Let’s Do the Math’ drop downs. He is fighting in North Carolina and making great progress."

"The industry is entirely supported by the governments of the world. These governments fear falling

skies and rising waters. They proffer tax incentives for the construction, maintenance, and sale of power from wind turbines. They remove all risk from the industry. The result is a fattened calf. The result is massive tax fraud perpetrated by the governments of the world upon their own peoples"

"Our tale has many players. Protagonists become antagonists. Antagonists fall prey to good works and change their hair shirts. In medias res is the simple Greco-Roman means of telling a story, one that starts in the middle, then evolves to the beginning before finishing in tragedy. Good guys become bad guys. Bad guys change their colors. Both collude and collide. Over all, the ludi magister presides—the Master of the Games. He is The Federal Regulator."

"We shall summarize our discussions with three forms of stimulation. We shall stimulate personal

action, local action, and national action."

"This action call has come full circle in its demand from the people. Once, a majority of the electorate wanted a fair shake for all. Unions, Democrats, other politicians led the fight against Big Capital. For years they won the battles. Then the Berlin Wall fell. Communism was defeated. Suddenly there were far fewer enemies to fight. For a variety of reasons, carbon became the enemy. Extraordinary how the very basis of life itself became the cancer that had to be destroyed. In the struggle against this new nemesis, many people found meaning. Legislation was drafted, meetings were held around the world (in very nice locales), and regulations followed the law"                                                                                                                                                              "Funny about regulations. They make a few people a lot of money. It’s the power game: trick the crowd with games, write the right ideas into law, grow administrative application, and steal the gold from their hearts. The top 20% of California’s population receive 60% of the wealth transfers, also known as tax credits,12 while the rest eat the rising dirt of the enforced draught. California has the highest poverty rate in America. How many poor Latinos earning $36,000 a year can afford a Tesla? How many care? How many can’t even afford their rent and utilities? The Game is plagued against the poor. It always has been.

Energy sourcing is simply the latest ruse, the carbonized Rube Goldberg variation.

Oddly enough, the wind turbine industry has increased carbon dioxide emissions. Europeans have led the field in alternative energy implementation, yet carbon dioxide emissions have increased substantially in Europe. For example, Denmark generates as much as 25% of its power requirements from wind, yet it has yet to close a single coal fired power plant. Why? Intermittency. The wind is variable. Flemming Nissen, head of power development at the Danish utility ELSAM, says, “Increased development of wind turbines does not reduce Danish CO2 emissions.”13

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
