My appeal letter,http://www.darrylmueller.com/ALCO_Appeal%20_3-24-16.pdf
I have another appeal scheduled for June 2016 on 33 Wind Turbines.
SUBJECT: Appeal of the Alameda County Planning Office March 24, 2016 decision regarding the Sand Hill Wind LLC. Conditional Use Permit, PLN2015-00198 Zoning Adjustments.
EIR did not have all the facts that we are sighting. We were left out of the notification NOP DER and Final EIR. I have been involved with windmill avian mortality for 30 years. I expect to get notified and I was not.
We are very concerned that the agency’s that safe guard our wildlife have not done a diligent job. Concerns are great to safe guard frogs, snakes, salamanders or mice. Wile on the windmill side we are looking a only one case in Wyoming the USFWS & the DOJ did act. APWRA could have over $11,310,000 in MBTA fines, see slide 24.
So Susan and I will show reasons CPU should not be allowed until concerns are answered.

Save this information for your meeting because it is not easy to get highly educated people to speak the truth about wind energy. Most are handcuffed with non-disclosure agreements or the Universities they are associated with stand to lose funding in the way of grants and donations. What I have just said especially applies to the University of California. This system of universities that surrounds Altamont, has completely ignored the scientific fraud and destruction taking place at Altamont Wind Resource Area for decades.
I attended and graduated from this temple of hypocrisy.
Subject: A message about wind energy from an expert
The only rational action by wildlife conservationists would be to oppose all utility-scale wind-energy development. It is a colossal boondoggle that will ultimately be very costly in terms of bird/bat mortality and defiling of western landscapes. There is no way that wind farms can be “properly sited”; wherever they are placed, they will kill birds and bats, and none of the currently sited or proposed wind farms is acceptable. The wind energy companies have so far displayed a shameful lack of concern for wildlife. By the time they reach their development goals for year 2030, bird and bat mortality will be massive. Let me also add that, in my opinion, the National Audubon Society is a “do-nothing” organization that is basically complicit in the slaughter of birds and bats. The federal government is also complicit and when wind energy companies report bird deaths, the Obama administration in many cases refuses to make that information public. Whether global climate change has an anthropogenic basis or not, wind energy development is not the answer. It is not “green” by any measure and it is not going to change the earth’s temperature or CO2 levels. Anyone who believes it will is either insane or delusional. There should be a major shift to roof-top solar and to properly-sited nuclear reactors.

TOTALLY AGREE.
It is all about rigging the process. If this were a card game people would be getting killed right and left. The rigging seen with the wind industry actually is part of a much bigger problem. The fix has been in for decades and it involves both parties.
Look at our fake electoral process and all the supporting propaganda the public is being bombarded with. As it is with our elections the best liar wins.
It is very clear who these scumbags want to place in office,
one of their own. With the Democrats it is Hillary and with the Republicans it is Cruz or some other last minute replacement.
Simply put, it comes down to these Crooked Bastr**s having to take their greedy unearned cut out of everything and this is what the federal deficit actually represents.
If people do not wake up and get a handle on this escalating in your face corruption, there will be no saving this country or solving a single environmental problem facing this world.

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/

Sign up today and lend your voice and presence to the steadily rising tide that will soon sweep the scourge of useless and wretched turbines from our beloved Maine countryside.
