If you go to the MPUC website and click on the link to "Online filing...", then go to "virtual case file". When you get to the search function, type the case number, 2011170 and hit search. Then you can look at 34 pages or so of filings - several thousand pages. You can pick which briefs, motions, procedural orders, etc. that you want. The excerpts in a previous post were from the latest transcripts.
It sounds like First Wind just doesn't beleive that procedural rules apply to them.
The argument is well taken that First Wind, of its own choice decided not to be a party in this dispute and that if they had elected to be a party , they would then be subject to Discovery. Now they are whining that this matter affects them so much that they should be allowed to testify but the fact that they chose NOT to be a party in the dispute suggests that they have something to hide- something that Discovery might expose- and here they are being funded by the taxpayer and being so secretive. It stinks to high heaven that whatever they might be trying to hide just might make taxpayers question why their money is being invested in First Wind the first place.
