When pressed on the effect such investigations and prosecutions will have on free speech, NY AG Schneiderman claimed that climate change dissenters are committing “fraud” and are not protected by the First Amendment.
The coalition of 17 inquisitors are calling themselves “AGs United for Clean Power.” The coalition consists of 15 state attorneys general (California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington State), as well as the attorneys general of the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.

Maura gets a letter from this incensed Massachusetts ratepayer funding MA Enron companies like First Wind!
We begin with the green laws that First Wind Paul Gaynor helped craft as Governor Patrick's appointed green policy Advisor to then MA energy Secretary Bowles (who became Director of First Wind).

July 15, 2008, First Wind served with a civil subpoena by the New York State Attorney General seeking documents to substantiate First Wind’s alleged improper benefits to public officials. First Wind is under criminal investigation by NYS Attorney General Andrew Cuomo for allegations of improper dealings with public officials and anti-competitive practices.

If our esteemed Senator Susan Collins pursues the course she is taking right now, by considering the nomination of BHO's nomination to the Supreme Court, we could be facing a real Constitutional Crisis by letting these AG's get the right to prosecute deniers. It is my right to question theoretical science, as it is, and post my own scientific theories. As most of their science is flawed and certainly NOT settled, they have no right to limit my free speech. Again, this is not climate science, rather political finance strategy as said by one of their own.
