The U.S. Supreme Court, SCOTUS, has just rocked the nation by moving to ban mail-in ballots received after Election Day. Justice Samuel Alito dropped a truth bomb that has Democrats in full meltdown mode.

This is a massive victory for election integrity, for President Trump, and for every patriot who has demanded an end to the rigged voting schemes that stole the voice of We the People.

In a development that could flip dozens of Democrat states and restore true democracy once and for all, the high court finished hearing all oral arguments in the Watson v. Republican National Committee case just hours ago.

The justices are poised to declare that federal law requires all ballots in federal elections to be received by Election Day itself.

However, that does not stop the US Postal Service from back-dating ballots, i.e., ballots for 1) rarely voting, 2) dead people, 3) illegals, 4) out-of-staters, etc., could be prepared and in envelopes, and then stamped with a date before Election Day, and these ballots would be kept in reserve, but would miraculously appear in counting centers, staffed with trusted Democrats after Election Day to flip the election towards Democrats.

No more counting mysterious ballot drops for weeks, such as in Detroit, etc., in 2020

This ruling will override state laws in over fourteen, mostly Democrat battleground states that have exploited those shady, long  grace periods

Justice Alito laid it out plain and simple.

Election Day is called Election Day for a reason, just like Labor Day or Independence Day. It is not Election Week, not Election Month, not some endless period during which ballots magically appear in the middle of the night up to 60 days after Election Day to change the results. 

His words are lighting up the patriot networks and exposing the entire corrupt system that has been weaponized against American voters for many decades.

President Trump has warned the country about this exact scam in 2016, and in 2020, and in 2024

The longer Democrats keep counting, the more votes they seem to find that flip Republican leads into losses, as in California, etc., in 2024.

Now SCOTUS is confirming what patriots have known since the stolen 2020 election.
The loopholes that let deep state operatives flood swing states with late ballots are about to be slammed shut forever.

Democrats are panicking hard, because their favorite backdoor to steal elections is being sealed for good.

They have counted on these fraudulent, delayed mail-ins to pad their totals after the polls close and steal victories from Republicans in key states.

Now, Democrats will likely concentrate on major stuffing of ballot boxes BEFORE Election Day, aka "early voting" in person and as mail-in.

But with the SCOTUS decision expected by early summer 2026, much of the Democrat playbook is collapsing.

The globalist elites who helped Democrats rig US elections are watching in horror as their house of cards comes tumbling down.

This historic move will strike down many grace periods, wipe out many fraud loopholes from past rigged Elections, and force uniform deadlines across the country.

Same-day results will return.

States will be forced to clean house.

Trust in the vote will be rebuilt like never before.

It is not about parties.

It is about one citizen, one vote, counted on time with no room for manipulation.

No machines, hand counting only, as in Germany, France, Italy, etc.
