Did Biden Learn How to Use LLC Money Transfer Laundering Shell Games From First Wind et al? Remember them?

Just listen to the first few minutes of today's Biden LLC Shell Game usage from the House expose'.Well done Joe, you.... (expletive deleted).
He already has forgotten how it was done, of course! "Plausible Deniability" ,says his friends at the CIA/DOJ/FBI.
“Despite creating many companies after Vice President Biden took office, the Biden family used business associates’ companies to receive millions of dollars from foreign companies. After foreign companies sent money to business associates’ companies, the Biden family received incremental payments over time to different bank accounts.
“These complicated financial transactions appear to conceal the source of the funds and reduce the conspicuousness of the total amounts made into the Biden bank accounts. Chinese nationals and companies with significant ties to Chinese intelligence and the Chinese Communist Party hid the source of the funds by layering domestic limited liability companies.”
The money laundering methods used by the Bidens are called “layering” and “structuring.” These crimes are laid out in compliance training for even the lowest-level bank employees.
Anyone else committing these crimes would be prosecuted, found guilty, and jailed.
The Treasury Department better look at this and move forward with criminal cases against the Bidens, like it would if anyone else committed these crimes.

LLCs were set up by Congress to limit liability of shareholders.
They are a standard trick to hide ownership, short off arms-length
Financial advisors specialize in them
The IRS does not prosecute any abuses committed by the well-connected, in-crowd.
It is just another way to collect in a round-about way, and not pay taxes
