The DE SHAW HEDGE FUND, a "TAX EQUITY" and "Yieldco" derivatives scammer of Taxpayer money and a Chief Player in the GREEN RENEWABLE WIND SCAM" of Obama ,is now attempting to cover its financial ass and manage the failed and corrupt management teams of SunEdison and ex First Wind assets(and others) in the TERRAFORM Yieldco derivative scam and bankruptcy.
This is a definitive sign that the billions wasted in this subsidized fraud may come back to hurt them and their principals and investors , big time (GOOD!). As liberal green state politicians (and honest citizens) are learning of the financial non-sustainability and financial fraud of these politically motivated GREEN SCHEMES , the cost to society is being found to be non-sustainable financially , and scientifically lacking. Rates are on the rise for fraudulent "green asset electron production" for society , as the system was designed so that" WE THE PEOPLE" carry the financial loss and risk."D.E. Shaw says it would welcome an outright sale of TerraForm Power, given its “significant economic interests” in both the yieldco and SunEdison. But it says it would be difficult to fetch a “fair price” for the yieldco, given its “operational and financial ailments” and its association with SunEdison’s".
