If every state in New England would abandon the useless and illegal carbon tax embedded in RGGI, the ratepayer's savings would be significant.
Carbon Dioxide is an important element to the Earth's natural cycle as plant food, ( as everyone who attended fifth grade knows ). The EPA has rightfully removed carbon dioxide as a dangerous substance.
The lib governors of New England are unjustly inflicting pain on the people who they supposed to protect from government overreach.

These governors are lining the pockets of their bureaucrats and wealthy campaign contributors by getting on the climate subsidy bandwagon.
It is one big one hand washes the other scheme
It has nothing to do with climate. That is just a vote getting gimmick
The soil is plenty wet, but the grass is not turning green until there is sufficient sunshine, that requires the life-giving gas CO2 for photosynthesis. That is being taught in proper grade schools.
Even the most stupid politician can figure that out.
