This could have a huge impact on the Aroostook County Wind Project as it requires an upgrade to transmission which is to be conducted by the ISO and includes costs to building it partially charged to New Hampshire. New Hampshire should give notice to the ISO that they will oppose the transmission connecting the wind project to give the State of New Hampshire time to assess the study.
