Something has to give.
Natural gas plants which supply New England with 50% of its electricity will be forced to retire if RGGI continues.
Wind, solar and batteries can not replace natural gas plant production, neither in quantity nor quality.
Democrats who are for affordability are not willing to stop the onslaught that will close natural gas plants. They lie about wanting affordability. They do not know what they want. They never had a workable, affordable energy plan. Energy cannot bend to politics, it is too important to human existence.
The politics of green energy must cease or the economy will collapse and people will die.
Government officials must immediately eliminate the RGGI program and confess they never had any more knowledge about carbon dioxide impacts on climate than the average person on the street. They just went along to acquire power through fear.
