The "Maine Wire" has an article about the Taxation Committee of the Maine Legislaure proposing monetary electric bill relief to low income customers through tax credits, whether one owes taxes or not. This is one Committee covering up for another Committee as in the Taxation Committee covering for rate hikes developed in the EUT Committee. Isn't it interesting that the sponsor of this bill, Kilton Webb, serves not only in the Taxation Commiittee, but serves in the EUT Committee as well.
