For the eighth year in a row, Central Maine Power has been ranked last among power companies on the East Coast, according to JD Power.

JD Power says the customer satisfaction study is based on things like monthly cost, trust, safety and reliability, ease of doing business, information provided, people, problem resolution, and digital channels.

CMP is ranked dead last.
