    Site Location of Development Act and Natural Resources Protection Act Applications

    Twin Energy, LLC is seeking approval to construct an 18.3-MW wind energy facility on a 618-acre parcel located in the Towns of Rumford and Roxbury. Project components include three turbines with a total tip height of 643 feet (196 meters) on South Twin Mountain, one access road, and one meteorological tower. The consolidated applications were accepted for processing on December 8, 2023.
