Upon further examination, this lawsuit  filed by Community Solar hits people not subscribing to community solar as well as people who have subscribed into community solar.

They want the courts to decide that their money is more important than the money that belongs to the people of Maine.

They threaten their own subscribers to eliminate the 15% sign up savings. 

This is outrageous! Suing the citizens of Maine while removing the only reason some Mainers signed up for this scam: to cut costs.

But Community Solar will not put up with cutting their fortunes, however, they will cut the 15% savings to hurt the people trying to lower their monthly bills.

How about sucking on this, Community Solar: The people who have signed on can cancel their subscriptions and effectively crush your swindling operation and save everybody, subscribers and non-subscribers a whole lot of money.

Retribution is beautiful, you ungrateful community solar sluts.
