DC busy making illegal activities and outright fraud legal for Green energy

America's green energy fraud has been going on for decades and as I have discovered, when tax dollars can be stolen, it never sleeps. While the world's been busy watching the midterm election show, the DC swamp has been very busy with another scheme, making illegal activities and outright fraud legal.
New DC laws are being proposed. One of this world's most destructive industries, wants to be guaranteed no oversight or accountability, so they continue to slaughter off millions of protected birds, bats and raptors annually.
Without non-biased third party monitoring, it's just the USFWS and the wind industry working behind our backs. This secret partnership has already hidden (1980-2022) approximately 2 billion bird and bat fatalities, which includes over a million raptors.
It's obvious they're working together because both entities have produced incredibly fraudulent research, the USFWS has given the wind industry voluntary regulations, they require no science and the USFWS has been producing highly embellished eagle population statistics while hiding this industry's ongoing annihilation.
With contrived modeling and a complete abandonment of reality, the USFWS claims there is a population of 316,708 bald eagles in the lower 48 states. They are claiming an average of 6600 bald eagles are living in every state, when there is not even one of our 48 states with this bald eagle population. California has a population of less than 2000 bald eagles.
The USFWS has hidden the origin of over 66,000 eagles shipped to the Denver Repository and has also avoided any credible research that would shed light on this industry's horrific impact to species.
Lastly, if there was even a shred of integrity left in the USFWS, this insane, corrupt and lawless proposal, would have been in the toilet over a year ago.  What the USFWS and the wind industry need most, is far more ovesight with accountability.
Comment Submission Deadline: This proposed rule, draft environmental review, and accompanying documents in the docket are available for public review and comment through November 29, 2022.

Nothing from these criminals surprises me.  As Dan Bongino said so nicely yesterday....."When dealing with these people, you have to assume from a default position that the are lying to you."

After seeing so many and consistently fraudulent green studies, I started thinking this way years ago.

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
