National News Reports Predict Electricity Shortages Are Coming.
The path to comfort slipped right through our hands. Electricity is great when it is just a flip of the switch away, but life can be excruciating when electricity is interrupted, especially when interruptions coincide with unbelievable high prices.

I was actually told that by someone who truly believed we must continue down this path. Civilization as we know it is about to be symbolically "reset".

Green Energy Land Requirements
Calculations of easily obtainable information.
1 terawatts = 1,000,000 Megawatts.
Which would be 333,333.33 wind turbines @ 3Megawatts each.
The U.S. in 2021 used 3,930 terawatt hours.
This would require 1,310,000,000 3Megawatt turbines.
Each at 500-600 feet in height needs 3 acres clearance in open areas or forested areas. Totaling 3,930,000,000 acres needed.
The U.S. Has Nearly 1.9 Billion Acres Of Land. (including lakes, ponds, rivers & streams)
If we tore up every building and road and dedicated it to just wind, we are short by 2,030,000,000 acres needed. If we filled the acres of land between wind turbines with solar, we would still fall short of our energy needs, which increase at about 2-4% per year.
The non-electrical power such as direct use of fossil fuels is not included, which calculates out to 4,584.22 terawatts of power.
So now we would need an additional 1.17 times more wind and solar to electrify the roads and fossil fuel dependent industries.
Which would be another 4,598,100,000 acres, to accomplish this task.
This means that we are currently 6,628,100,000 (Billions) acres short of being able to use renewables. This is assuming we left no room to live, travel, or produce crops or products.
This calculation assumes they, both solar and wind produce 24/7.
Neither can, with wind at an average of 28% annually and solar slightly less in overall expected production.
With those known's, we would need an additional 70% more land or 11,267,770,000 (billion) acres total. There are approximately 36 Billion acres for the entire planet Earth (Including all Oceans).
So, of the total of 13,167,770,000 acres needed to go Green, our 1.9billion acres in the U.S. can NEVER produce more than 6.93% of the 2021 energy use between all current electrical production and for fossil fuel conversion to green.

National Geographic just came out with an article explaining why, if you're sleeping poorly, it's because of climate change. Critical thinking has become as rare as common sense. It's up to the people to educate themselves, but most won't. This is going to get very ugly.

We have predicted that for more than a decade now. I remember in an issue of the National Geographic a few years ago the following sentence ending a paragraph on wind power: " Wind power is the grid operator nightmare ,"
Intelligence comes from Latin :" Intel Lego ",to discern, to read in between.
So we all know the equation : A corrupt politico/ business model brainwashes a voting group devoid of intelligence .
