<p>I just noticed, this was from this time last year, when the PTC was extended until 2022. I can only hope that it can be clawed back. We have wasted enough. The original Wichita Eagle article was from 2012. I guess the battle will go on, but it may take longer than my first post anticipated. </p>

<p>Finally, some encouraging words from Congress. Finally there is truth coming from the mouths of those governing in Washington. The PTC is an insidious tax that curbs jobs, increases rates and impedes growth. We have been decimated over the last twenty years, especially the last eight, and it is time we have a voice to overturn 40 years of bad legislation.
