<p><span>Not surprising. Have read that Bangor Hydro and CMP agreed to pay for app. 90% of the transmission lines that are needed for wind farms. Sorry no link. Since we had rate hike some time ago...no transmission lines are being built...so much is up in the air and illegal..wouldn't it be nice if we had an AG and PUC which actually worked for us, and we got refunds.</span></p>
<p><span>And from what I understand, the corporations which own wind farms make the money from the RECs. Conflict of interest? We pay over and over and over for wind farms which produce virtually no power.</span></p>
