<p>Big Rock Ski Area closed (but may reopen with grassroots help) and Nesting Loon Cabins closed this year. Apparently skiers stayed away in droves after the wind turbines went up . Seems to me they have laid the burden of wind generation on Maine and have decided for Mainers to be the patsies in their "Green Energy" quests. If Mass, Conn, and RI want wind let them build it in their own states, I have no problem with that I'm only concerned with wind destroying the ecology and natural beauty of the Great State of Maine.
