The contract dates have been postponed multiple times due to inflation, higher interest rates, and supply chain issues. The execution of contracts has been extended from November 7, 2024, to January 15, 2025, March 31, 2025, and again to June 30, 2025.

The current Section 83C RFP schedule, as amended, anticipates that contract execution with two counterparties will occur by March 31, 2025. However, the counterparties have not yet completed their contract negotiations and are now targeting the completion of negotiations and the execution of contracts on or before June 30, 2025.
