Check out this RPS Data rigging from CA

Below are statements from the CA Energy Commission. They validate the rigging of renewable energy data  I wrote about in Wind energy a runaway failure, parts 2 & 3    All the words in Blue are mine

Why Data Reported Here is Not a Proxy for RPS Compliance

The information presented here is fundamentally different from what is reported for RPS

compliance. To begin, the total system power reported here refers to the annual accounting of

electricity generated within California and electricity imported into the state from Canada,

Mexico, and other regions in the US. For power plants located within California, the energy is

measured at the generating unit as reported by the power plant owner. Electricity from out-of state

energy is measured as it enters California and is received by a California balancing

authority. For most power plants, the reported energy does not account for losses through the

transmission and distribution systems.  Further, unaccounted for energy losses (for example,

from short circuits, line failures, and transformer losses) prior to reaching the residential,

commercial, or industrial end-user are not accounted for here. In total, line losses can exceed 8

percent.

Source: California Energy Commission,CEC-1304 Power Plant Data Reporting

In-State Line losses can exceed 8 percent and energy losses from others states up to CA state line are likely much higher because the energy must travel much further.

It is possible that Wind energy production from out of state which everybody takes full credit for, could lose 20% or more from transmission loses alone. End Users may be paying for a certain amount  of Wind energy and wind projects are taking all those generous  PTC credits,  but it is obvious that a high % of the actual energy getting to end uses is really from other sources. All this is  like buying a pound of hamburger and finding out at least 20% of it is Goat meat.

• The RPS is calculated as a percentage of retail sales. Retail sales are typically based on

electricity delivered to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers. The

statute excludes the following electricity consumption from the calculation of retail sales:

electricity delivered to federal Department of Energy facilities, military bases, water

pumping facilities such as the Central Valley Project and the State Water Project, utility

use, electric vehicle charging, and street lighting.

Look at these huge amounts of CA energy consumption being eliminated from California's RPS Data.

If we can just get s chance to explain it! Cheep energy is what Trump wants and has allowed us to prosper as a nation! Calif. Rates are so high poor now cannot pay the bill and it's going up fast. California per household uses less than the nation and Highest cost per household! Thanks Jim!

Just sent this email message to a US Senator......President Trump could save Americans untold billions, save thousands of eagles and scores of endangered species if he just demanded accountability from this green mafia................ And it would be so easy to do because nearly everything about this industry is based upon fraud.

With fraud, these turbines will save the world and feed the wealthy. Without fraud, it becomes crystal clear that wind energy is futile and a waste of our resources. Read and get educated about the incredible amount of rigging associated with this industry..... "Wind Energy – A runaway failure for nearly 4 decades Parts 1-3

I hope so, too, Jim.  I'm confident thus far that Trump isn't owned or beholding or concerned with PC.

Hopefully all this fraud and insanity does not extend into the new Trump administration.

So, First Wind Xtreme Power Jacobs runs with First Wind Xtreme Power RPS daddy Patrick Wood the III who ran with Ken Lay who knew how to rig an energy market to exploit it...us.

YURICA REPORT: Fraud Traced to the White House

A study authorized by Rep. Henry Waxman reveals that Enron had 112 known contacts with the Bush administration in 2001. This figure does not include seventy-three disclosed contacts between former Army Secretary Thomas White and his former colleagues at Enron. (Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, recently fired White.)

Significantly, Ken Lay was also a close friend to Dick Cheney who is a former Enron shareholder. It should come to no one’s surprise that given the relationships, Ken Lay was selected to work on the Bush energy transition team under the chairmanship of Cheney. Lay’s easiest assignment? He interviewed potential candidates for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, an agency that would oversee his company (and months later lead a slow, long investigation into Enron’s role in the California energy debacle). The President picked Lay’s nominee, Pat Wood, to serve as chairman of the agency.

Ken Lay was a very useful and a very knowledgeable man to have around. He knew, for instance, of the holes in the California power market that could be exploited. He tried to warn officials about the problem in 1994 when Enron testified at a Public Utility Commission hearing. Unfortunately his advice was ignored. Enron then went with the flow. It reversed itself, endorsed the system, and lauded the politicians for setting up what Enron knew was an exploitable and faulty infrastructure.

As events would unfold, the dark side of Enron got part of its comeuppance when the Justice Department began investigations of Enron’s role in the California energy disaster. [cut] continue reading..

The Hallmarks of ENRON  (OR IS IT SUNEDISON?

ENRON shell companies; phony trade deals; complex financial transactions used to inflate earnings, hide debt and to increase stock prices; and corporate executives who walk away from corporate disasters with millions in their pockets, often from exercising stock options, while pension funds, investors, employees and creditors have lost everything.

RE:  Patrick Wood III father of the renewable portfolio standard RPS

David Hulbut's paper about RPS that was energy enacted in 1999 by the Texas Public Utility Commission a date coincides with Patrick Wood III term as Chair of the Texas Public Utility Commission that adopted the first in the nation regulatory requirement

Chairman of ENRON Ken Lay first recommended Patrick Wood as utility commissioner to then-Governor Bush of Texas.  Wood was later suggested by Ken Lay to President Bush to appoint as Chairman of the Federal Energy Commission FERC to respond to the CA energy crisis and Enron.  Wood was named Chairman of the FERC in 2001 by President Bush.

The first state model mandate for renewables was adopted in 1999 in TX by the PUC with Chairman Patrick Wood III. Wood was GW Bush then gov of TX pick for TX PUC.  GW became President and appointed Wood to serve as FERC Chairman and charged with addressing ENRON energy market manipulation. Wood was tapped for each roll, TX PUC and FERC Chairman, by GW Bush as gov and then President based on ENRON CEO Ken Lay's recommendation to GW Bush, gov and Pres.

Wood and Michael Jacobs have First Wind and Xtreme Battery in common, at minimum.

Now let’s look at Michael Jacobs, former Transmission VP at First Wind, and former utility analyst for the Mass. Dept. of Public Utilities.  Jacobs is also the past Utility Integration (Sr. Engineer) at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).

Until August 2012, Mike Jacobs served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Market Policy at Xtreme Power, the ‘Piginapoke for Hawaii Wind Farm’ Hawaii Free Press.  Xtreme Power Director and First Wind Director is one in the same, Patrick Wood III, (Ken Lay's friend).    http://www.hawaiifreepress.com/main/ArticlesMain/tabid/56/articleTy...

The same month, Aug 28, 2012, Jacobs, who claims to have organized the First Wind demonstration of Xtreme Power's (since filed for bankruptcy) storage system in Hawaii, made a hasty exit, Hawaii Free Press reported: Kahuku Wind farm Catches Fire AGAIN, Battery Building Burns Down, S...

It bears mention that First Wind CEO was appointed by former Governor Deval Patrick to serve as ADVISOR to then MA energy Secretary Ian Bowles.  Bowles launched Sail Capital Ventures that financed Xtreme.  I hope Bowles lost lots of money when Xtreme filed for BK.

Look out California!

Mike Jacobs’ profile on Linkedin provides his occupation as Technical and Strategic Consultant for Both Supply & Demand, LLC., Boston Area. His stint with Xtreme Power (‘Piginapoke’ molten lead) hasn’t deterred Mike from massaging regulations or regulators.  He’s back in the game advising the California Public Utility Commission about energy storage procurement!

From Mike Jacobs' Linkedin profile:

The regulatory treatment of new grid technologies often determines their value. I am continuing the efforts on FERC and state reforms for Energy Storage, and Solar plus Storage as a higher value product that fills a range of needs. Current work advising in the California PUC investigation of Storage procurement, and white paper with PJM on Energy Storage as an alternative to Transmission.[cut]

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
