Infowars Was Right: Facebook Using Chinese Communist ‘Social Score’ For Users

Any wind warrior who has had his opinion piece submissions rejected, online anti-wind comments removed and witnessed the mainstream media's incessant lying for the wind industry may wish to read this -- far worse censorship is in the works folks.

The goal of the program, known as Sesame Credit, is to create a docile, compliant citizenry by assigning “social scores” to citizens which ultimately creates self-imposed social control.

This is why Big Tech wants Infowars banned, and why the world needs to listen to us

Infowars broke the news years ago that communist China’s “social score” model was coming, and now the Drudge Report has revealed that Facebook is implementing it for its users.

Over the past several years, Infowars also revealed Facebook’s tightening relationship with China, especially as Mark Zuckerberg met with Chinese censors, and the Drudge Report is highlighting that strong bond as well.

“Facebook is rating users based on how ‘trustworthy’ it thinks they are,” reads an article by The Sun that’s top linked on Drudge. “Users receive a score on a scale from zero to one that determines if they have a good or bad reputation – but it’s completely hidden.”

The second top link on Drudge is to an article with the headline “China assigns every citizen a ‘social credit score’ to identify who is and isn’t trustworthy,’ which was published in April.

“China’s largest social networks have partnered with the country’s Communist government to create a credit score system that will measure how obedient its citizens are, a chilling prospect that could one day arrive in America if social justice warriors get their way,” reported Paul Joseph Watson in an article that’s now coming true.

The goal of the program, known as Sesame Credit, is to create a docile, compliant citizenry by assigning “social scores” to citizens which ultimately creates self-imposed social control.

And, as Infowars reported in 2014, Zuckerberg met with Lu Wei, the czar of China’s draconian Internet censorship system.

“During the meeting, Wei discovered a book written by Chinese President Xi Jinping called ‘The Governance of China’ sitting on Zuckerberg’s office desk, leading Zuckerberg to comment, ‘I’ve bought this book for my co-workers. I want them to understand socialism with Chinese characteristics,'” reported Paul Joseph Watson.

This is why Big Tech wants Infowars banned, and why the world needs to listen to us.

Alex Jones: Banning of Apple App is Digital Martial Law
Unprecedented move by Big Tech to control narrative ahead of midterms
Infowars.com - September 8, 2018

Alex Jones explains how Apple’s removal of the Infowars Official App signals the beginning of the implementation of a digital martial law scenario to limit the reach and effectiveness of Infowars ahead of the midterms or any upcoming false flag.

Apple Permanently Blacklists Infowars App from Store

Infowars’ app previously enjoyed massive popularity among App Store users. After Jones and InfoWars were banned on other platforms, the official InfoWars app broke into the top 5 free apps in the store, overtaking far-left CNN.

This latest move by Apple effectively prohibits Jones from a massive chunk of the worldwide smartphone app market. Without access to the App Store, it is in effect impossible to distribute apps to iPhones.

If Google follows suit, InfoWars apps will effectively be blacklisted on all smartphones. Apple and Google are a duopoly, accounting for 99 percent of all smartphone operating systems in America. Apple on its own accounts for more than 44 percent — that’s the size of the market Infowars has already been excluded from.

Gab.ai, the free speech oriented competitor to Twitter, has already fallen foul of the smartphone duopoly, having been excluded from both the App Store and Google Play.

MARK PENN WARNS SILICON VALLEY CENSORSHIP COULD HAVE ‘BIG INFLUENCE’ ON ELECTIONS
“I think you have to be worried about big tech becoming big brother.”

A partial transcript follows:

TUCKER CARLSON: So, I’m fascinated by the Alex Jones story because it was Alex Jones, almost no conservatives rose to his defense because the idea was ‘Alex Jones, ew, yuck.’ But, it’s not really about Alex Jones, is it? It’s about the idea that companies can make it impossible for your voice to be heard. Is that a precedent we should feel comfortable with?

MARK PENN: I think you have to be worried about big tech becoming big brother—

CARLSON: Yes

PENN: —Because this used to be neutral platforms that said we are open to free expression, that’s our core value, and now they said, not so much. With particularly Facebook hiring 10,000 new sensors on top of another 10,000 and having roving censoring box looking for content. Look, I never read Alex Jones but here somebody with millions of followers, publicly accountable for his speech operating within Supreme Court standards, yanked from media. That’s a surprise to me. That’s is the platforms are no longer as open as they presented themselves to be.

CARLSON: And it’s not just him. There are many like him who’ve been yanked like him — less known, but still. This has political implications. You ran and managed campaigns for so long, this must of occurred. A lot of our political debate takes place on social media platforms. So, if they clamp down on one side of the debate, why wouldn’t that influence an election’s outcome?

PENN: Obviously it could have a big influence on elections — increasingly because where people turn for their news is that they look at the news feeds that are run by the major social media companies. They are more powerful than any T.V. station. More powerful than Fox—

CARLSON:—Yes, they are.

PENN: Because of the amount of time people spend on them, and it’s a funnel. If you’re not at the top, you don’t get seen. In the past, they had some neutral ways of doing this, but now they’ve increasingly applied still more mysterious algorithms, plus individual censors. Remember, they are private platforms, they say, so they’re not actually subject to the First Amendment, unless we get some legislation that says, ‘Free Speech is an Internet right.’

96 Percent of Google Search Results for 'Trump' News Are from Liberal Media Outlets

I expected to see some skewing of the results based on my extensive experience with Google, but I was not prepared for the blatant prioritization of left-leaning and anti-Trump media outlets. Looking at the first page of search results, I discovered that CNN was the big winner, scoring two of the first ten results. Other left-leaning sites that appeared on the first page were CBS, The Atlantic, CNBC, The New Yorker, Politico, Reuters, and USA Today (the last two outlets on this list could arguably be considered more centrist than the others).

Not a single right-leaning site appeared on the first page of search results.

But it got much, much worse when I analyzed the first 100 items that Google returned in a search for news on "Trump."

CNN, by a wide margin, appeared most frequently, with nearly twice as many results returned as the second-place finisher, The Washington Post. Other left-leaning outlets also fared well, including NBC, CNBC, The Atlantic, and Politico. The only right-leaning sites to appear in the top 100 were The Wall Street Journal and Fox News with 3 and 2 results respectively.

PJ Media did not appear in the first 100 results, nor did National Review,

TRUMP SLAMS BIG TECH CENSORSHIP: AMERICANS DESERVE SAME FREE SPEECH RIGHTS AS THE MEDIA

President Trump spoke out against Big Tech censorship at his rally Tuesday in West Virginia and suggested Americans deserve the same First Amendment rights as the media.

The whole media anger over “fake news” is really just anger over the fact that in the internet age anyone is able to call out their bull—t.

That’s why most fake news sites have deleted their comment sections and are now doing everything in their power to work with Big Tech to shut down ....

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
