Maybe the foregone conclusion was so skewed by the cameras installed on the turbines that BRI needed a scapegoat? Hence the Big Bad Bald Eagle?
"Money, money, money, money..…tag:www.windtaskforce.org,2017-01-17:4401701:Comment:897282017-01-17T11:41:31.150ZPenny Grayhttps://www.windtaskforce.org/profile/PennyGray

Holy shit, pardon my French. And I'm sure their finding on eagles is solid science and we are supposed to forgive the wind turbines for killing these birds of prey. Just nature doing it's thing.

As to the vendor list, seen it before and noted that Pisgah did something similar for the MPUC to prove they had expended money on the project and boosted local economy.
As to the vendor list, seen it before and noted that Pisgah did something similar for the MPUC to prove they had expended money on the project and boosted local economy. Note that this kind of list includes places like Hannaford and print shops, etc. So if a work crew stops at McD's for lunch and submits the receipt for reimbursement, McD goes on the 'vendor list'. Not to say that explains why a Research Institute is on there, but that these lists are generated by accounting receipts at least in part. Nothing to say that Hannaford or the print shop was selecting the wind industry as a customer, just happenstance. Was interesting to note on Pisgah's list the name of one of the Planning Board members and several times the name of the father-in-law of a Planning Board member. Later in the list timewise, there were more entries for 'cash for expenses' for one of the partners and fewer other names.
