<p>We have 619 Mwh to 1.24Gw of generation space available in the form of solar at todays poor efficiency rating available to us today that goes unused. 300 to 600 turbines could be avoided.</p>

<p>I believe this issue had been settled in the last legislature, with the denial of the ability of Transmission and Generation to be Co Owned by a company, even through a surrogate whether parent corporation or parallel sibling corporation. What do our Regulators not understand ? </p>
