<p>Ok, so let's throw a few more millions of dollars at this before you start addressing that problem.</p>

<p>In my research last year on this particular dam, the article stated that over the years the capacity of this dam has been diminished mostly due to the excessive water use by irrigation of crops and other human uses such as trying to grow grass in the desert southwest. I believe California receives some of its water from this River also. That major factor and the fact that there are others tapping into the river before it gets to the dam. The water level behind the dam is over 100 feet below…</p>
