<p>Once below $1.00 per share they (SUNE) may be delisted from the exchange. If that happens they will become hard for new investors to consider as a choice and more secret deals may take place while they are out of the limelight and less likely to be in the news. Though they may be consumed under another corporate name, so a watchful eye may be needed and again a buyer beware on that new company as well. Slime has a way of sneaking through the cracks and reappearing elsewhere. </p>
