Capacity revenue includes all revenue associated with capacity transactions in the ISO New England capacity market, including without limitation Capacity Base Payments and Capacity Performance Payments, and any other revenue associated with the value of the Facility capacity. In no event shall the total amount credited to Buyer be less than $200,000 in any contract year. To the extent the</div>
<div>capacity revenue credited to Buyer is less than $200,000 in a contract year, Seller shall pay Buyer the shortfall between $200,000 and the capacity revenue credited o Buyer. Seller retains all obligations for performance of the Facility with respect to the ISO-NE capacity market(s) and commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to realize all available value for the Facility capacity.</div>
<div>Price: Bundled price of $53.00/MWh in contract year 1, escalated at $1.50/MWh per year</div>
<div>In the event the Facility node is below ME Zone by more than 10% in terms of average real-time price in any contract year, the contract price for the following contract year shall be reduced by the difference between 90% of the ME Zone price and the nodal price, provided that such contract price reduction shall not exceed $5/MWh. For example, if ME Zone average real-time price in a contract year is $60 and the corresponding nodal price is $50 (~17% discount), the contract price for the following contract year shall be reduced by $4/MWh (90% * $60 - $50).
